in the video its mentioned that its required to have ¥1mil for every 6 months you stay, but i saw on the website that you would only need to show proof of ¥1.5mil for a 1 year stay. if i want to go for 1 year how much would be required?

To clarify the ¥1mil for every 6 months of study, would I have to show the full amount in order to qualify for a visa? For example if I plan on studying for the full 2 years would I have to show $40,000USD at one time?

Yes, and also show proof that you can earn $40,000 while in Japan in school NOT working. This is pretty much their way of saying you need a co sign and sponsor even if you have the money on your own. Things to consider if your making 40k USD while living in the US, How you're going to make that 40k again while in Japan. That's how they get you with the Visa requirements

@@patrickpierre9125 hi! You seem pretty knowledgeable. Do I need go show the 1million yen statement if I only go for 3 months? Because its said i need to show it every 6 months do i need to show it if it's only 3?

What about the peculiarities of local dialects? I was considering Hokkaido until I heard the language spoken there is quite different from standard Japanese. When learning a new language, having to adjust for a local dialect seems an additional, unnecessary obstacle.

Hi! Sadly, we are unable to offer support to students from India. The reason for this is that the procedures for Indian students are out of our scope of knowledge, and we, unfortunately, cannot ensure a smooth application process. We are very sorry about this! Please consider contacting a local agency for your student visa application. We wish you the best of luck!
