This is one of my favorite pvp auto rifles I use it on console and I feel like the way the reticle floats and sways makes strafe firing viable for controller and almost makes it feel like shoots around corners when peak firing
Great video!! I loved ikelos smg's origin trait soooo much because of it reloading the mag based on shield breaks, made fighting multiple people feel so smooth it would be great to get genesis on more weapons in the future 😊
It's really neat to see the arctic haze get some praise from a content creator. It's been my dirty little secret for a while, given the artifact perks this season. ☺️The Genesis + dragonfly combo is what made me take an interest in my Come to Pass, not too long ago.
Love this gun. Got 2k kills on it myself. Mercules said recently on firing range that this archetype is slept on. Been maining age old bond lately, since crafting it, but might have to get this out again and use genesis. Sounds amazing! Great vid man

It's so funny how many people in the D2 community have zero clue how weapon damage works or how builds work, without watching a guide or looking for an exploit to call "METAHHH". It's hilarious that I was using 450s, telling people post patch (many patches ago) how good they were. 7th Seraph Carbine with Recon/Target Lock, etc.& people were telling me how BS ARs were because the CZcamsrs hadn't made vids on them yet. Good job. I find people that understand how weapons work far more interesting than the "oMg sO bRokEn" typical vids everyone copies. It shows how little people understand outside of listening for a TTK value & copying a build from someone else. Especially when D2 Buildcrafting is as basic & simple as eating a crayon. Keep up the sane content!
Watched your video, crafted the gun, in 5 games I dropped 4 ghost in thr night, 2 we Rans, and a 51 kill game. I fucking love it lol. Went from zero to 120 kills
What's funny about this is that there was a time for me personally...I wanna say when Arc 3.0 went live, that I was sold on come to pass with I think enhanced p motion/golden tricorn. I committed to it. Surprisingly found it to be quite legit. & I recall that the ONLY reason I bounced off of it back then...was because there were tons of ppl on pvp at that time doing the riskrunner thing online. So I found that it was quite literally feast or famine depending on whether or not I ran into riskrunner users, lol.

Imagine my surprise when I looked in my vault and this exact roll was already crafted with enhanced perks and everything. I had the same idea a few years back and figured it would've been decent in PvE as well. It has a few hundred kills. I think I was using it on my Arc Warlock but replaced it with Centrifuse for my Vesper build.
I have more kills then Id like to admit on the come to pass, (especially during the craftening I abused it) and its so much fun it feels like an artilery piece with how much it kicks
Was just talking with my pals about this random rolled version i kept while they roasted my vault lol. It had gen and adaptive and that was my goto right up till the shield rework in pve. Love the origin trait and im glad to see this gun getting some love 😊
totally. I was bummed to see adaptive becoming way less useful once the shield update happened, but Genesis absolutely still holds up as a solid perk :) thanks for watching!
A an auto main I do really like come to pass although feel its just edged out by lethal abundance and age old bond (on controller at least) in terms of the better feeling 360's
Bungie dropped the ball on not bringing back 18 kelvins as a brave weapon. Imagine a max range 300rpm sidearm… *THAT CAN ACTUALLY ROLL KILL CLIP & HEAL CLIP!!* they messed up so bad. Nobody gave a damn about edge transit. What a Waste.
yooo I still remember watching your first vid on this weapon. I've actually used it but more so for PVE. Specifically soloing Ghosts of the Deep. Breaking the mothballs on Lucent Hive procs Genesis + I have my Arc hunter abilties to proc Tricorn x2 easily.
I'm going to use the purely out of principle. While everyone is sticking to the meta, I use the ones no one else uses and that thoroughly infuriates tryhards. Because their egos cant grasp someone not using the meta and killing them. That usually amounts to them targeting only you and then teabagging/emoting on you, but I see that as a win in my book.
Wish you'd posted just a few days ago! I've had a Lvl 20 genesis + adaptive munitions roll (both enhanced) sitting in my vault collecting dust since the removal of match game that I dismantled Monday night to room in my vault for "Into the Light" drops, and now I'm sad lol
I have/had scoliosis, too.. spine was nearly in the shape of an S, but my parents forced me to get the surgery while I was young, so I didn't end up a hunchback. Plus, the DR's said it would be painful later on in life, so.. now I have titanium rods around my spine. At least I got to spend the entirety 5th grade in home schooling, so that was cool, I guess. The worst part of it was when they make you stand up day 1, right out of surgery.. that was the worst pain of my life.

Having never played pvp i used thd free come to pass from shaxx 1810 gear package and absolutely love pvp now. I run my stone cold pve solar warlock and do very well on xbox controller. I just not accurate with hand cannons. For close combat i will switch to either travelers chosen or rat king.
Appreciate the insight, BUT, BUT, based on your footage there's no way in my mind that you're in a higher tier level of PVP. I'm Gold Tier 3, not even high, and almost every game I play is nothing like your footage. Almost everyone in my games are sliding around, jumping, spamming crouch-stand-crouch-stand, pre-firing or hacking. Guns like this one just fire too slow, you'd get them to half health at best before they flick and slide behind cover or run away.
U peaked My intrest with this one. If anyone is going for Arctica Haze, id recomend eye of storm in 4th column, for that better passive benefits. Also, theres another perk similar to genesis, rasputins arsenal, instead of full refresh its a 50% of the mag. And because its a origin trait, one could combo it even more with other perks
Always had Genesis on mine but it's been so long since I used it it's still 1600. This was back in the Match Game days so i ran Adaptive Munitions and called it the Shieldfucker.
the issue is the people you are playing agaisnt are absolutely clueless, try take this into even a moderately high skill band and you will get demolished unfortuantly
I kind of ran out of run time for showing highlights, but I assure you this played pretty well in more sweaty matches, definitely gets rolled if I go vs. a bunch of decent Igneus Hammers users though, not saying it's perfect at all :)
Have you experimented using eternal warrior helmet while using come to pass? It has the same kind of damage escalation as path of burning steps! Though I don't know if that Stacks with golden

Also Heli, 4 burst Revisions Zero is exactly as good as everyone makes it out to be.
It's not bad if you max the stability out. 2 burst mode you don't need as much stability for. Preference I guess.

The best part of this gun is that it works for both PVE and PVP too. In PVE you will be chunking stuff left and right with melee anyway.

One thing you didn't mention is that knockout counts as a powered melee kill so it will proc tricornX2
Jararaca-3sr is really good right now too. A scout that shoots like a AR. Put auto mod on and destory.
