Bro ... main reason for un development of kolli hills is Yercaud.. Becoz Kolli hills nd Yercaud are very near to each other also Yercaud located in higher altitude ( 1620 m ) but kolli hills is 1200.. So the weather is so pleasant in Yercaud than kolli.. also Yercaud has 20 hairpin bends and so many places to explore like lake, water falls, view points, Coffee plantations but kolli hills have only few view points and 70 hairpin bends..So people prefer yercaud than kolli hills
