It’s great to see a the whole house renovated at the same time. It walks and talks like a new home. Agree with another commenter about using the dining room wall for a TV - basically flop the living and dining areas. (minor stuff) Love the finished garage and epoxy floors. The master bath is polarizing. I would liked the access to the master closet from the bedroom. Thank you for this video. It’s so fun to see properties through your eyes.
I am a fan of yours, I found your channel a few days ago and watch it every nights. I Love how the prices are disclosed, I usually don’t bother with listings without the pricing. I lived in Hawaii Kai and I am located in Sydney at the moment. Hawaii is great value,compared to Oahu or Sydney. I am looking for an investment property in the near future, with the view of retiring there one day. Will definitely get in touch with you. Infinity pool, spa (with quick access from master suite). I was a little surprised at no solar HW. I thought it was mandatory, or was that only New construction? Solar PV. I would at least get a bid on swapping out The white post in the entry with an Ikea post. Maybe even the Lania. You really have me sold on those. I would also swap out the dinning room To put up a large screen. One of those short throw laser. 100" to 150 with 3D. Hey, this is my fantasy LOL. Great find, great presentation !And I would add a counter under the window that is in the DR now on the Lania side. Make a great pass through. Then spend time tricking out the entry way out side with plants, water feature.

Agree, the bath is a showstopper. I might add solar power up top and a lap pool out front, but that's about all (at this price point) that's about it.

They forgot to pressure wash the driveway, it looks terrible.

We do not have school districts in Hawaii per se. The entire education system is at the state level and there are no local school districts.
