Beginning Week 7, Chef Anahita Dhondy presents a two-tiered challenge. The home cooks compete in a first round where they have to guess the various kinds of grains that are offered. The victor advances to the next round. With a mid-challenge change, the home cooks in the second round employ millets as their main component. The home cook who makes the poorest dish of the day advances to the next round of elimination.
