I think this is a song they couldn’t quite fit into their upcoming comeback but wanted to release. The pirate theme still exists. The story here was the pirate ship was stolen and they ran a heist to get it back. But this has also been said isn’t really part of their official storyline. Ateez are pirates-but their current comeback-Guerrilla focuses on the black pirates (Ateez in a dystopian universe-the guys in the black fedoras). They start a rebellion in their dystopian universe.
I don't know qbout wanting to fit it ib their comeback cause all MVs that go on this channel like the universe channel are meant for universe and their collaborations between the artist and the app

Redemption 46, ATEEZ, i’ve always had the pirate concept and this was from the universal channel. The storyline in this particular music video is them stopping or should they stop being the pirates that they are if you see the scenario here the pirate ship was lost to them in a gambling game several of the members were around the table playing poker they put in all of their Pirate BOOTY ! lost it in the poker game , they steal everything back including their pirate ship because that’s what they do their pirates! Lol! Hong-Joong the ATEEZ Leader very tortured soul doesn’t know whether he should stay in this beautiful house playing this music or be there with his fellow pirate ATEEZ members!? Finally coming to terms he destroys the beautiful house & the piano and he walks away from all of the comforts of a normal life and he is the pirate king again the leader of ATEEZ! They all meet up in the desert, to continue their pirate journey! ATEEZ is forever 8! That’s just my take on it there might be some facts into what I just said but you guys do a great breakdown on the analysis of the music video!
Haha yea I also like how they added the ending credits scene and made it interesting and added an actual vid- and yes ateez r still pirates! There was a ship on the back in the end scenes and this whole MV seems to be atz trying to get back stuff that was stolen back (Eg. Their ship, the telescope, and their leader haha )
