As a developer who loves making minigames this is absolutely game changing, thanks for covering this Avid!
I actually had the idea of that one chicken maze but with two players. I’m putting this thought here though as I don’t know how to make something like this. If you do make it please credit me and give the link to me via my Community Tab comments. I would highly appreciate it and would love to see it become a reality.

This is the best 1.21 feature by far. I always wanted it. The size and range was always a problem for my bosses, because I like making bosses to.

This is great, now i just need to get the rest of my missing features list, like datapack recipes with nbt, way to detect any left/right click, player entities (NPCs) and custom GUIs (not just texture).
This new vid type is amazing, and perfectly "Avid". Keep up the great work!
funnily enough, in the last april fools update they did actually add a potion effect that changes your size similar to what you can do now, which i think it really cool.
anyway these new changes seem like they're gonna be fun to mess around with and incredible for map making. if only they could come to bedrock.😑
i mean they could add it to bedrock but rn java is vanilla-wise more in a disadvantage in terms of customization and moddability (without 3rd party software like forge-spigot or anything) while bedrock im not fully aware but they have addons which seem to be very powerful compared to datapacks so while they could add it its probable you can make it with a addon or idk.
Its soo fun summoning thousands of bees then shrinking them then attacking them its soo funny being swarmed by tiny bees 😂

They've added Pehkui to Vanilla Minecraft though it seems to work more like the old Gulliver Mod than Pehkui.
Also now Data Pack makers can now make the Crab Claw real

Can you increase the size of the end crystal and when it explodes is it even larger?
Could be a fun boss where you have to 'feed' the crystal so it grows and grows until you explode it.

Mix this with block displays and/or the chisel and bits mod for a weird effect

All the ingredients are there to create an origins mod in a vanilla datapack. Oh my goodness
the first thing that came to my mind with this was making the illusion of miniblocks by just making the player bigger, faster, jump higher and reach further

Avid what if you made a Silverfish Boss that was upgraded by Olm to protect a prison that he has [insert name here] trapped, and you have to defeat the silverfish named [insert name here] to save [insert name here], and the quest could be called: "Prison of [insert name here]" and you could use the things you mentioned in the video to make the silverfish powerful
and use the new features to make the silverfish bigger and stronger

I love wanting to do this for ACC3, realize I can only do it with withers/phantoms/ect, then for mojang to do it like 4 months later, feels good man.
EDIT: I have now watched more of the video, and another thing I wanted to do for ACC3 was increase the distance you can hit mobs with a specific sword, feels good man x2
YET ANOTHER EDIT: My map had giant blocks, and making the jump pads to get on them was annoying, lovin' live rn.

Remember the last April fools update? It added growing and shrinking potions. That same joke update also added mob changing potions. WHAT IF YOU CAN USE COMMANDS TO CHANGE INTO DIFFERENT MOBS IN 1.21?!?!?!
I actually had no idea the April Fools update had this in it!
