@@075sarah Very true. I myself reached out for help earlier this year after finding myself falling into a self destructive cycle of alcohol and coke abuse. I'd always 'dabbled' from my early twenties but with the lockdown putting a stop to all my favourite hobbies and things I did for fun and then working from home added into the mix as well it just spiralled out of control. Felt like a dog that desperately needed to go for a walk but couldn't. The help I received sadly wasn't great, although I do believe they had my best interests at heart I feel it was pure willpower and determination which has lead me to now being three months sober from both alcohol and cocaine. You have to really want to quit. Not just after a bad night or weekend, but every single day. Keeping yourself both mentally and physically active are also key. I put all my time into positive things to keep me busy. Keep on doing what you're doing. Your videos are great.
Hi enjoying your videos, what's the background with you two are you friends or a couple, trying to identify hope it's not too a personal question x
Hi guys,
Just wondering if you two work with addicts full time or just for the purpose of this channel to create awareness?
Hi at the moment we are doing it for the purpose of raising awareness as we feel it’s an important issue that doesn’t get enough attention
