Please check the plunger and spring of the pen, if it is damaged then you will have to replace the pen. Please be gentle when using the pen.

Nahi aisa nahi hai - agar pen ko correctly use karte hai, prime karke aur pen mein mechanical defects nahi hai toh no problem. Kuch log syringe prefer karte hai, unko zyada precise lagta hai toh ap apne preference ke hisab se kar sakte hai

Make sure the plunger is in an extended position when inserting a new cartridge, it will make the pen easier to calibrate.
