- The Logitech GPX2 now supports 4000Hz polling so in this short video we take a look at the latency numbers we can achieve with it, click and motion latency wise. I also show you how to fix a weird bug in G Hub software where the mouse reverts itself back to 2000Hz.

Omg finally a youtuber that don t waist your time, he went straight to the point, with graphs and fixes and everything in less that 2 minutes!!! Feels like 2012 youtube, and i LOVE IT❤
Yeah I miss those days too, I'll try to do these shorter no nonsense videos more when some significant update drops. Thanks for watching!
Solid work as always from you!
Thanks man!
Im in love with your content bro
I’m in love with this comment!
1:52 and I received all the information I was searching for. This is how all tech videos should be.
Too much quality content... Bro keeping me awake at 4:00AM here...
Sorryy 🤣
nice info jerrorr, can you also add m2k and m3k to your charts will give the full spectrum on all top top mices in terms of latency and motion delay
I would but I don’t have them and they are preeeetty expensive. I only add mice I’ve tested myself.
@@jerrorr makes sense. cheers! keep up all the great reviews!
I'm so jealous of that orange Tofu Redux.
It’s so nice shade of orange
Nice video also i really enjoyed listening to your voice for some reason it’s so calming lol no homo.
Thanks haha 😂
@@jerrorr 😂😅
Would love see the endgame Op1 8k on your channel how it performs
Next friday!
@@jerrorr btw can you check if motion sync is enabled on 8khz when turning motion sync on. Cuz I see that by doing manual on the mouse holding for 1.5 sec after enable motion sync on the software. It will show 8khz motion sync enabled still. But will turn off if the Software if on and you adjust the polling rate from the mouse manually
@@ameeradil491egg has said that their solution does not allow motion sync with 8k
I always thought it was weird that it could do more polling wirelessly than through a wire.
Yeah I agree, they propably could do higher polling rates wired as well pretty easily if they wanted.
How you maintain your mouse to be this clean? My Superlight 2 is turning yellow
There’s some yellowishness on mine as well but st certain angles, I can notice it but the camera doesnt pick it up 😅
Any intention to test the EGG OP1 8K? or not in your sights because it's wired?
Review next friday!
Can't wait, see u there@@jerrorr
My pink GPX2, bought on release day from logitech EU has scrollwheel issues. When I scroll down it oftentimes scrolls up in between ... (5% of the time) friend of mine also has those issues on the pink one. Somebody else?
Contact support, they’ll send a new one
@@jerrorr thanks
normal problem, had it on my gpx1 and i got a new one even tho my mouse was over 1 year old.
@@snoy2647 yea logi support is good 👍
In the Onboard Memory Program its is still limited to 2000hz so it means when not using the G Hub you're not actually playing at 4K
Nope! They just recently updated their onboard memory manager as well but even without it, if you dont open the memory manager you will be at 4k, if you follow my steps in the video. Verified with mousetester multiple times.
@@jerrorrThanks for the reply, I tested yesterday with a polling rate tester and it was lock under 2000hz but if you said there was an update or if I missed something in your explanation I will look into it again, its nice to know! Recently got mine and I'm very happy about it :) (PS: Does onboard memory actually reduce latency?)
@@szshz yeah sounds like you did not apply the profile after you enabled onboard memory mode. Onboard memory doesnt reduce latency but it has less of an performance impact that G Hub on your cpu.
Might get one for fun idk
It’s always good to have a potato
There's no benefit to using that dongle if your mouse is like 1 foot away from the receiver on the back of your PC right?
Of course there is, it reduces interference and always improves stability. An antenna closer to the receiver is always better. Plus you then have the cable ready if you need to charge your mouse and use it at the same time.
ofc the dongle is must use, its the first thing the instruction book says, its how u get full polling rates, least amout of delay and so on.
how to get all black taskbar
Win11 dark mode
Do i need Superlight "2" for 4000hz?
Yes
What do you need to get 4000 hz? Do i have to buy something else?
Update firmware
my gpx2 only reaches 2300hz when using 4k, any idea why? no matter the DPI
It needs to be spun very fast on the surface, and also don’t check with the razer software. Use mousetester.
Same, it basically cant reach 4k
Hows the battery life from 4k to 1k?
G Hub software gives an estimate of around 42 hours with full charge, in 4k. Then 52 hours at 2k and 96h with 1k polling.
How to get 4k
Update Ghub, click settings, update firmware of both the dongle and mouse
Firssst
The thing u talk about the :bug: with it changes back to 2k hz is normal for Logitech it’s not a bug just bad desinge u allways have to create a profile save the hz on this profile (4K) and then activate on board and change the profile to the one with (4K)
Yeah that’s why I said a bug or a feature 😂
