Pats leading receiver is a running back and leading rusher on the night was a receiver. They really have a plug and play offense.
Ive always hated but respected the fact that the patriots are so good at that. They recognize a players skill set and put them in the best spot to make the most of it. Other teams need to take notes, the way they waste a players talent/specific skill set is unsettling.

It wasn’t the offense that won the game for us tonight. It was the defense that won it. Especially that beautiful pick-six by Mccourty. Feels good to have a defensive touchdown! That being said, the Pats need to play better than they did tonight against other teams.

The defense did play well. I'm glad someone else saw that. Patriots will let you do what you want between the 20's, but tighten in the redzone. They key to beating KC....holding them to field goals. If you can be tops defensively in points allowed you can give up 600 yards a game as long as you can hold a team 6 FG's on 6 possessions. We missed Michel in the ring game tonight, but him being healthy will be key down the stretch.

Any quarterback worth his ilk in this league can throw dink and dunk passes like Brady does! The system the pats run is why Brady is still playing if he played for any other team he would be average at best! Tom Brady was not great tonight but defense stepped up (bills most likely just didn’t take advantage).
He wasn't really bad by any means. He had over 300 passing yards just no touchwdowns. A lot of his receivers dropped easy balls, and not to mention he still drove them down the field plenty of times for field goals.
The offense as a whole was bad tonight. Couldn't protect Brady and was dropping dime after dime.

@@mikemiller539 If the bills had scored it's hard to say the game would have ended the same. Brady and the Patriots offense would play differently, run different plays, and just overall have a bigger sense of urgency to score rather than in a game where they are leading all game.
