My favorite part of the holiday season is that it is a beautiful time for family (including found family) and reflection. I love looking back on the year I just had and seeing how much I have grown from my January self.

the holidays are pretty bittersweet for me and my family for many reasons but my favorite part of the season is being able to have most of my family in one place for Christmas! this is the one time of the year that we're able to gather together in one place (usually at my family home) so I'm also very grateful for that :)

Ginger pills are also a great option for nausea! And if you diffuse essential oils that are not toxic to dogs, especially in a space where dog girlie is not, you should be fine! Mostly it’s toxic if you’re using a ton of oil, or applying it directly onto an animal. I have two cats so I’m always paranoid about using my oils and mainly use them in the bath, which may also be good for you!

taking a good probiotic and drinking kombucha helps me sooo much with my stomach issues, maybe you could talk to your doctor abt that bc i’m not sure how it mixes w antibiotics and like if it would end up being counter productive or smth
