you dont max W , you max Q first
It depends on the matchup. I said in the video that you can max Q first, I like it too as well and used to max Q, but nowadays most people max W. If you can poke for free on the lane then It's worth maxing Q, but if you play against heavy poke yourself which happens more often, then W.
