      @@shrijeet.gaikwad doesn't matter if you don't feel sleepy within 15 mins, its important to feel re-energized after the power nap. If 15 mins doesn't work for you try 20-30 mins, no worries.

    This is crazy!!
    Bhaiya, I have experienced that on days when I'm extremely sleepy, I dream just after 2-3 min of sleeping.
    And once it happened that my father was lying on the sofa and taking a nap and we were playing in the hall, but he was not getting disturbed and upon waking up after 20 min firstly he was unaware that he even slept, he was like no I was not sleeping just resting and he didn't hear any of our voice, and we were literally howling 😑. And thinking of how sleep works, this means that he directly jumped into the REM stage and his sense were paralyzed. How's that possible??

    Hello sir,
    Aapne notes recommends kiya tha for self preparing students meine S.K. Mondal sir ka notes print kara liya hai isake alawe aapne kuchh sir ke notes bhi bole they order karne but meine Mondal sir ke notes dekhey usme maximum topics cover hai toh mein aur sir ka notes order karun ya nhi jaise padmesh sir made eaisy class note ya aur bhi kuchh kyuki abhi mein collage me hoon toh topic wise mein book bhi read kar leta hoon for better concept. Toh mujhe made eaisy class notes and padmesh sir ke notes order karne chahiye????

    So should I avoid regular sleep of 7 hrs every night?
    And go through power naps more frequently while completely avoiding regular sleep?
    If yes, will it be OK in the long run?
