- This is from a "must have" DVD called KEN HENSLEY: BLOOD ON THE HIGHWAY.. it is Ken and his band doing the entire BLOOD ON THE HIGHWAY cd and also a second set of some of his songs with URIAH HEEP.. This is my favorite of anything Ken has ever written, and the message is loud and clear!
The DVD or the CD are available at Amazon and several other online outlets.. This is a brilliant version of this song and again, GET THE DVD and support Ken and his amazing music!!
at 68 years old listening now Ken...it's a wonderfull and real life with old music....RIP KEN .....from Romania with love !!!

Ken is brilliant
The entire DVD is amazing and worth buying for enjoying over and over! Ken is still writing and recording amazing music after over 40 years!! (Although he doesn't give himself credit for his voice here, I prefer this live version with his vocal.. (The studio version with Glenn Hughes is awesome as well). Just can't get enough of this piece of music.. Thanks Ken!!!

@jaffa6373 While I like Glenn a lot, I am thrilled to have versions without him! My personal opinion only, but I think Glenn gets to carried away and screams the lyrics where Ken and his singer do a nice emotional version without the screams! Now that we have a couple of live versions this way, I would like to hear a live version with Glenn... PLEASE don't take me wrong, I LOVE GLENN HUGHES!! I have been a big fan since 1974!!
