      i agree, its a different game when you have a few active players to play with. the matchmaking doesn't give you team mates that are similar skill, they usually don't do comms, in my opinion 75% of survival is purly based on team mates positioning. Like making less enemy likely to push, or if they do push you have power in numbers.
      Thing thats ruining it for new players is smurfs, not fun when you're learning the meta. Plus this game has soooo much more meta than any other game out there. Its a good thing just takes people a while

      @@traida111 The thing that gets me is the sbmm, you play one good game and then it puts you in a lobby to get shit on almost to humble you. I've been playing this game for years and I still feel like trash most days, but hey its apex lol

    • @traida111
      @traida111 Před 7 měsíci +4

      @@angryfence3928 well that doesn't sound like sbmm, that sounds like high level players creating a 2nd account and smurfing hard. It happens so much. Either they want a chill game or they play with their low level mates. They need a way to identify smurfs quickly and boost them out of the beginner divisions. Like if someone is getting 4k damage or 20 kills in bronze silver ot gold they should boost right out. I don't think everyone should start at bronze at the start of the seasons.

    • @angryfence3928
      @angryfence3928 Před 7 měsíci

      @@traida111 it could be that or it could be smurfing mixed with cheating as well. But, yeah you are right many people are making alt accounts just to have an easier time. Ngl to me if I play on my gf’s new n00b account I really don’t find a difference and the pub stomping doesn’t last long when you get up that KD on that new acc. I swear the sbmm will start putting you in harder lobbies (granted they’re in pubs) I’d rather grind on my account with all the legends and skins. Other people not so much lol I understand the desire but it does ruin the experience for the new players who don’t even know how to play yet.

    You’re a hero man, it’s definitely not an easy task to play apex as a beginner, even more nowadays and even much more as a solo player. I love Apex but it’s so bad for beginners and also to force you to have friends to play, cause this game has the worst solo player experience that I’ve ever tried in my life.
    Tbh I really don’t understand why they still refusing to give us solos. They keep saying the game was supposed to be played as a team, but what team when you play with randoms and they land in another POI or die and instantly quit, it’s a shame

    The fact you were able to learn a game like this so fast is amazing, I'm a level 120 and don't have a 2k yet because normally die with a 1.9k , this game is unpredictable when you have good games its normally because your team is also with you making callouts and not rage quitting but when that stops you flop nobody knows if anyone is low, or where they are what's happening so the progress you made is insane.

      Playing on controller helps quite a bit, the game is doing 30 percent of the work for you when you don't have to worry about tracking prediction on jukes like you do on MnK. Roller is literally a 100 hour short cut over MnK on this game, and if you are not an elite elite player Roller has a huge advantage over MnK no matter how much time you spend aim training.

I don't use an elite controller either and at the end of the day, it's all about hitting your shots.. btw.. practice using the weapons iron sights and no attachments and you'll see a massive difference in your aim overtime.. that's what most of us do.. like.. I literally don't use sights on the R-99 or the volt and the R-301.. I suck btw lol

    Great video bro, been playing apex since its inception. Its a tough one for people not willing to improve.
    The whole issue with team mates in apex is the "Big brother matchmaking" where its almost guarantied you will be the carry of the team once you pass a certain skill level (Which is hidden but mostly based off KD)

    It was really cool to see you practice movement first because I have some decent eye sight issues so my main priority has been my aim & just being able to detect enemies before they kill me lol so yeah your approach was very refreshing for me & hearing how you thought of things & approached fights as a solo player definitely helps when you're interested in progressing. I'll have to check & see if you ever tried ranked cuz you've definitely got a new fan in me.
    Edit: I just realized this video is only 4 days old so I think I'll just subscribe & patiently wait for a ranked update!

    Learning Apex, especially that quickly is great. But dont forget the more experience u obtain, the more u are starting to see what much more u can learn and know about. U mostly focused on flashy stuff and how u perform as a player alone. I cant blame u for it, since u didnt played the game that much yet unlike others. Getting the fundamentals down and knowing how to use ur team to ur advantage and creating better situations that might be in ur favor is what u should definitely take a look into next. U dont need crazy movement at all to perform greatly. Learning how to input the movement is one thing but to actually applying them very effectively against an opponent is an entirely different thing that take much much more skill and time.

    As a predator with 6k+ hours in Apex, your improvement was really solid. You must be a demon in warzone because I can see the mechanics and instinct in your clips. Your aim especially. I think you'll find that playing with a coordinated team on comms is wildly more enjoyable than solo queuing pubs. It also opens up a whole new set of skills to work on.
    Also, great editing. really enjoyed the video. Hope to see more apex content from you. Would also like to see longer clips of your fights to see how you're moving around and using your environment.

    Some tips:
    - Don't focus so much on flashy moves like wall bounces or superjumps, u should've used the time you spent learning that to improve your in fight movement;
    - Learn the 60/40 rule. This rule basically means that when in a fight, if you aint got any advantage at the start, you should have 60% of your screen on cover and the other 40% out of cover, this is the ideal place to be in when trading shots. Also, ALWAYS reload behind cover, try not to move so much out of cover when reloading;
    - Prioritize your position over the kills. Sometimes people put themselves in bad spots just to secure a kill. Just chill, sometimes it is better to delay the fight and have the fight going for a longer time. In this video you droped down of a good spot to secure a kill and then you were in a terrible spot to heal (I think it was that last game you showed), it would've been better if you just backed out for a bit, healed and got a spot with advantage, like the rooftop of that building.
    - Last, but not least, don't go for loot bins, go for ground loot. Most of the time it will be quicker for you to grab a weapon if you just go for the loot on the ground. Many times bins don't even have weapons, and going into an early fight without weapons is a death sentence. Also, ALWAYS prioritize weapons over shields or heals, the first thing you wanna pick when dropping hot is a weapon. Trust me, this last tip saved me a bunch of times.
    Anyway, loved the video, it was a hell of ride and you made huge improvements in only 1 month. Even learned shield swaps, wich is a thing many players in ranked don't do as many times as they should ( I am Masters, and yes, people in this ranks still don't do shield swaps ).
    Keep up the work my man, loved the video.❤

    I would like to note that the video turned out to be very cool and interesting. BUT this whole video and the whole story sounds like a completely unrealistic fairy tale. Although I think everything is simpler, a person who has long been accustomed to being a controller ONLY due to the aim assist and the lobby of absolute beginners was able to do something in this game. Although probably only because of the aim assist. Moreover, during this time he did not achieve ANY understanding of the game even close.
