Don't get rid of this M3, as cool as it would be as a give away car, it's a better addition to the collection.
It's also an expensive collector's piece because it's an L.S.B. model. When it comes to BMW, the L.S.B. E46 is the only one that I've really ever wanted and the last time I saw one for sale it was going for like $40k more than the next E46 M3 on the list

I agree to a certain point. Cars are meant to be driven, so if it's being given away to someone who's going to both take care of it and drive it( ie. Me) ill gladly enter that giveaway.

@@brianrobinson9979 You mean LSB like Laguna Seca Blue? It's a sick car for sure but I'm torn on the amount of bullshit he's had to deal with on it. It's certainly worth more than a silver or a black M3.
He's gone above & beyond with the repro CSL intake & other stuff to bring this car above/beyond & elevate the thing to something special. I realized I used the same words here but idgaf, who cares honestly? This car is pretty sick, let's hope LZ keeps it for awhile.

I’ve had carbon fiber plenums on two of my E9X M3’s and man, it really sounds great when you have a high flow cat setup. Without cats you can’t hear as much, but I had valves and when they were closed the induction noise was insane. This build is super clean!

"That hole" is for the IAT! Just plug the sensor in and done! Thats the OG placement and sometimes can get thrown off by OFH temps. You may be better off leaving it where it is
Idk man that one v10 swapped one sounds pretty good too ;) But yeah, probably one of the few that someone hasn't made sound like a raspy mess
phil morrisons (driftworks) V10 M3 was a great example of how good the V10 can sound but its down for the count atm getting a refresh and a bunch of other stuff along with a 10-1 exhaust
A friend off mine built an e46 with a v10 viper engine. Rented it to a guy(lavigna) for the 2017 (I think) italian drift championship who won it all. Then the car got stolen and was never seen again😭

100% keep the 46... they look SO hard and clean ones are becoming even harder to get hold of too and you got one of the best colours too with that Laguna seca blue ♥️ intake sounds crazy

Make sure the clutch delay valve is removed otherwise the clutch can slip like you experienced.

@@growlith6969 There is something like a valve in the clutch hose that reduces how fast the fluid can go through it. You let the pedal fast, but that valve will make it act like you let the pedal slowly. They use something like that in drag racing, so you could have consistant "clutch release" and get consistant times.

This car has been on my bucket list since I road in my Uncles who is a track driving instructor. I was so in love with his M3. Now I am in love again with another M3!
Probably the best sounding E46 M3 I've heard. Normally they're usually way raspy and not as deep. Great setup.
He has an aftermarket anti rasp resonator mid pipe and a non OEM muffler.
Stock OEM sounds AWFUL!!!!
@@deplorabledave1048 Thanks for the info. However I've heard aftermarket exhaust setups on E46 M3s that also sound extremely raspy, not just stock ones. Some of these exhaust setups were custom and a lot of them were from reputable manufacturers of exhausts.

After a few years as a viewer here about 2 weeks ago I pulled the trigger on a e46 325Xi estate. Hasn’t been registered but I’ve already lowered it, rolled fenders, set of BBS wheels. Looking forward to getting it on the road shortly.

Yes please! Best looking cars BMW have made to date in my opinion. Been in love with these things for years. Yeah yeah I know. Rod bearings, rear subframe. Yes they have issues. Issues can be fixed. Beautiful car Adam! Sounds sweet too! Gotta love the CSL air box. We didn't get the CSL's here in America but at least we can make what we did get sound like one. You can put a new clutch in her for me, I'll let you. 😁👍

Can tell that you “low key” love bmws with a passion. My First car was a 2002 325xi in 12th grade. And crazy enough, never a problem with the window regulator😂.Sadly had to part away with it. BIG mistake! Would love to somehow track it down like you did yours. Glad to see everything is ok after the fire scare. And the E46 is so clean, normally not a fan of blue unless it’s dark, but on this chassis looks amazing. Never been in no raffle for a giveaway, but if you decide to give this away the Credit card is coming out lmao. Keep up the good content.🔥
The hole on the plenum is for the IAT sensor that turner provides with their kit.
The carbon work on that intake is so fuckin beautiful wow love it being a flat finish over a high gloss finish

The E46 M3 has always been my dream car. Ive been looking for a long time. But what you're doing with this is pretty close to what I want. I always loved the 06 competition blue over Leguna Seca blue but the stance and defusser, CSL bumper and trunk look great. If you do a giveaway, I will do what I gotta do to join that raffle. Either way I hope it goes to a good home. Ill get one eventually

I've had a bunch of E46 M3's over the years. These cars usually sound obnixous when you mess with the exhaust, especially the headers and midpipe. They start getting that Honda rasp/tincan. Not gonna lie, i think Adam really does have the best sounding M3 on the internet, no cap

I just got done putting an s54 into a e46 track car and it has the carbon evolve plenum and it sounds amazing. Best sounding cars
