What a lot of people don’t know is that the drill is different every game. The members of the band are not in a tradition college campus ROTC program. They are live in the same dorms, eat all there meals together and wear their uniforms to class every day. It’s 24 hours a day 7 days a week
Ah, you already know some secrets about the Aggie Band! Their ever-changing drill routines always keep me on the edge of my seat, wondering what amazing formations they'll pull off next. And yeah, the live-in dorms, shared meals, and daily uniforms - that's a level of commitment you don't see everywhere. It builds such a tight-knit community, it's like they're all marching to the same beat, even off the field. :)

@@jbratt That's absolutely incredible! Being part of the Corps of Cadets is an honorable distinction, and I can only imagine the pride you must feel as a member of the Class of 1986. Class of 19 & hope 24 for my PhD! :)

^^^ they could NEVER EVER be the best. there are a few HBCU MARCHING BANDS that would leave this aggie band in the desert dust. maybe, you should get out of college station more...
They are a marching military band. The Aggies once invited Prairie View A&M to perform at halftime and the crowd gave them a standing applause. Their band all laid down on the field while playing and it was the only halftime that they lost.

There is no chance this is as good as "The Ohio State Marching Band'. I like what they do, but they can't compare week to week with TBDBITL!!
They are also too successful band, and we respect them a lot! However, I am sorry we are the best! :)

I like the marching band in The Music Man better, just sayin.
Im not gonna sit here and argue over which band is better, because there is no point in arguing over ART but what I will say is that I do prefer the buckeyes because I prefer their drill and style of music. Texas is very traditional military which I can appreciate but its very basic. I think TBDBITL could do this drill no sweat honestly
This is who we are. They are doing pretty well, too. However, as an AGGIE, we say Fightin' Aggie Band is better than TBDBITL. :)
@@Relaxium_ And besides they do a different routine every week. notice how not a single member misses a turn,. The Aggie Fighting Band is unique and a true "marching band". Not of this prancing sideways and playing opera music or whatever. True marches.
Even if the @Ohio State Buckeyes tried to compare it to their own marching band, this is by far the best! 😏
