For those of you who want to know, the music he plays when his 'hand slips on a tritone' is called greensleeves, this one is played in a harpsichord sound.
It’s two notes that are 6 semitones/3 whole tones(hence TRItone) away from each other. It’s part of what is called dissonance because they don’t sound good together. The one in the video was D and G sharp.

a have you ever heard a tube balloon? They aren’t hard to rip. Twist and pull that’s it. It doesn’t really matter if it actually happened in this video, just stating that it isn’t that hard to do.
These types of balloons can do that because of the same property that allows you to twist and shape them. Your regular birthday party balloon cannot do that, even if it were shaped the same way.
