July 1st is when they released their most correct comeback with the song FOREVER. The song SHEESH was the first time that they appeared as a 7 member group with the long awaited return of Ahyeon. After the line-up was announced, Ahyeon went on hiatus officially for medical reasons but it seems that she needed a mental break because of things that were going around on the internet about her use of the "N" word which received a lot of backlash and some really nasty comments toward her. Just a slight correction. They were not formed through the show THE LAST EVALUATION as they had already been training for around 4 - 5 years at that point. It was showing their last two months of evaluations in their YG training. In the introduction videos for the members you can see that they had at least 10 trainees in the two years prior to THE LAST EVALUATION.

After "Batter Up" came "Stuck In The Middle" which is a ballad showcasing their extraordinary vocals, in Feb 2024. These 2 releases were with 6 members because one member was on hiatus for health reasons. On April 1st, they officially debuted with all 7 members with "Sheesh", the title track of their mini album. After "Sheesh", fans wanted to hear track 3 from the album called "Like That", an R & B song gifted to them by Charlie Puth. The backstory is, Ahyeon one of the members, covered "Dangerously" by Charlie Puth for one of her monthly evaluations. It went viral and Charlie gave he huge compliments and felt "Like That" was a good fit for them.
