Part of whats so insane about them is that they are currently 15-22, and were chosen for the group at 13-21, after an average training period of 3.5/4 years, with many of the girls beginning around 10. Despite their age, they have monstrous levels of talent, hence the name. This is just the surface of what they can do! For example, Asa the ace (3rd rapper) was doing Godzilla at 14 with ease , along with being an insane dancer, good singer and songwriter (nickname is Acesa). Ahyeon (rapper in blue, high note), is a golden all-rounder, and during their survival-esque show the Last Evaluation (their final performances after years of training, trying to make the final lineup, an emotional rollercoaster), she covered Charlie Puth’s Dangerously and it went so viral that not only did Charlie see it and gift them the song Like That (absolute banger and they have an exclusive performance video for it), but the song actually won an award in SoKorea last year, despite being released in like 2015. Rami’s (girl with the flames) cover of Pick Up Your Feelings will make your jaw drop, Chiquita (the youngest, blonde girlie at the beginning) was chosen at THIRTEEN, and only trained for like 2 years, which for this company is insane - absolutely monster maknae. And that’s a few of them, but every single girl is just insane in their own right. Furthermore, the singers have all shown rap potential, and the other rapper, swag princess Ruka (in yellow) also has really charismatic vocals. None of their songs sound alike, but each is so good in its own way; furthermore, their talent is so strong that they make them sound even better live. Take a look at more of their stuff, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
They have their stunning pre-debut song Dream, released following the conclusion of Last Eval and member announcement video, with montages of their auditions, training, and footage from LE, and its so amazing. Batter Up and Stuck in the Middle MVs didnt include Ahyeon as she was on health hiatus, and so Sheesh is considered their official debut. They have Like That, and just released the song Forever, and even their intro Monsters slaps. They also have a bunch of live performances you can check out. Glad you like them!!

If you are looking to go down the rabbit hole to get to know the girls(you should, it's well worth it), I would suggest starting at the beginning at the first look us fans got at the group. On Babymonster's YT page there is a playlist called Performances, at the bottom you'll find YG's Next Movement, which was the first teaser to the new group and then Live Performances #1-7(the black and white ones) where each girl was teased with a live performance from their evaluation period. The performances are short about 2mins each, so you can fit them all into one reaction if you wanted, and they are great performances as well, they really hyped up the group before we even really knew anything about them. After that I would go to the Introduction playlist and watch all the intros for the girls so you get to know each member, these are all less than 10mins long, so most reactors do 2-3 per reaction. Finally after that you'll know the girls well enough to get really invested for The Last Evaluation series, 8 episodes(has it's own playlist). It goes through the last few months of the group's training period and them figuring out the final composition of the group. It's kinda presented like an elimination show. But it gives you a good idea into what all goes into putting a Kpop group together and all the hard work they go through. That's been the best way I've seen reactors get into the group anyway.
Yeah it also generates views because people like watching the content "with someone"... but it's a big commitment.

Babymoster is a bit different. They are super talented. They are a new group, very young. The youngest is 15 now. If you want to know them, you can see the start of there journey in "The last evaluation". It's a mini-series. I think 8 episodes. It's the last part of there trainee period. You can also skip that and just watch each members introduction if you want to know what each member is about. They are the biggest vocal talents in K-Pop new generation IMO.
For there songs, then i would suggest:
Sheesh (that you did already)
Stuck in the middle and Dream - showcasing there vocals a bit more since it's ballet style songs
Batter up were there debut. Many people were not super happy about it but i like it.
Like that - maybe there most "western" song.
and Forever, there newest song. A bit of a mix between K-Pop, 80ies synth pop, and hard hiphop, and a bit of ballet.... The synth pop part can throw people off but if you listen to it a few times it grows on you.. or me at least :)
There talents can not be denied. Great things to come from them in the near future (they are working on there first full album now)
Other groups you should listen to, Aespa should be on the top of your list. Drama, Super Nova and Armageddon - there newest stuff. The old stuff is fire too though.

Incredible talent. Baby Monster Sheesh has 3 rappers. Opens with Ruka from Japan then Ahyeon from Korea and the machine gun rapper is Asa. If you watch the Making of Sheesh documentary episode 1 on YG channel, the original version of Sheesh had the rap trio of Asa, Chiquita from Thailand and Ruka. That makes it 4 performance ready rappers in Baby Monster.

@@Aotjunkie yes Chiquita is a rapper. Watch the making of Sheesh documentary episode 1 on YG channel. Chiquita was the original rapper trio with Ruka and Asa for Sheesh before being swapped out with Ahyeon.
@@getgreatstuff88getgreatstu8 That was just a quick idea since she likes to rap. But there is no discussion that Ahyeon is much better as a rapper and Chiquita is much better as a vocalist. She wasn't planned as a rapper, it was just a short idea.
@@Aotjunkie quick idea? Chiquita was the first pick by the YG producer Choice37 to showcase as a rapper in Sheesh. YG made the correct decision to go with Ahyeon but clearly Chiquita is performance ready rapper. Don't forget the girls don't just do studio production but are expected to sing live as well on live stage. So she must be ready.

Loved your enthusiastic reaction! The piano sheet music (maze) has the title “sheesh” and of course “BM” central in the maze. The two cochlea (spiral ear canals) on the walls behind rapping Ahyeon and Ruka are cool, and also these two “rev” the two dirt bikes on the side walls during Asa’s amazing rap! Ahyeon saying she’s not just one of the announced 5 members (YG’s 1st announced members before YG’s flip), not just one of the current 7 members, but that she is 10 out of 10 (score/flex)! “Boom Boom Pow”…Black Eyed Peas perchance? “Rum pum pum pum” à la f(x) but making your ears feel good instead of, or in addition to, piercing your heart or hurting your head? They ARE on a “roll” (as they sing in the outro)…a Rolls-Royce Ghost car that is, worth over $350,000! Would also recommend another girl group called XG. They are a japanese group that promotes in Korea and uses mostly English (so there is debate over whether or not they are "kpop") but they have some bangers, and I would say they are rap forward.
I think "Woke Up" is far and away their best track, if you need a place to start.
