I might not get it all but im willing to rewatch videos to get them!!! Do its okay if i dont get it on the first WATCH!!!
This blew my mind! At first I was so into the Jenny story I didn’t really hear what was going on into med listening lol I was so into hearing his flow and guitar playing! Plus looking at the video but trust me I understand all three stories.

Because there is absolutely NO WAY to definitively claim that is the case, just from these 3 stories/videos.
I mean it can be pondered, or suggested, or alluded to, but there is no evidence to support it based just on the above video.

Jenny and screech born in 2005. Mother is violet. They are seperated at birth (mother violet is dead and stevie the father is her killer). The kids disappear into the system. 14 years later they both live the street life. Screech killed his sister.

Jenny and screech were the twin baby's of violet. They were separated at birth because she died. They then went on and had troubled lives - jenny in heels walking the streets (likely to be a sex worker) screech troubled carrying knives robbing people. Screech killed his own sister without knowing. Screech was shot by the police. They both lay one street apart.
Ren states at the beginning of violets tale that to understand the tragedy you must go back to the start (Hense talking about their mother). She never stood a chance, neither did the kids. Damaged children create damage adults... And the cycle continues 😢

Babies didn't die. The twins were seperated at birth and grew up to be 14 years old. They never knew each other but they ran into each other in the streets.

He mentions that Screech is 14 so Jenny, being his twin, is 14 as well and yet she's "walking the streets" at night in high heels.
In Violet's tale he turns back the hands of time using his guitar but after the "not one word, she stays quiet" he brings us back through time again using his guitar.
I'll say it again... he's On His OWN LEVEL!!! No One Compares to him!!!

Reaction aside, I very much enjoy the fact that you have notes in physical form. To write with a pencil or pen on paper (or whatever) is so much more tactile and fulfilling. Great reaction again, there is plenty more to see from Ren, loads of different types of music but all brilliant.
In Violets's tale, he says we have to rewind the hands of time back to 2005. Violet's tale ends with her giving birth to twins, Jenny and Screech, as she dies in child birth the twins are separated and grow up apart, probably without even knowing they have a twin. Jenny and Screech both inherit their parents characteristics, Jenny is quiet like Violet and Screech is violent like his father who beat up and ended up killing Violet.
I hope that makes sense?

Chalk outlines will probably make you cry, the hunger shows off his rapping skills, I shot the sheriff 3piece shows off his singing (don't pass on Sam Tompkins either the man can sing!) You can get any kind of genre you want from Ren, but you can't place him in one. He is the true definition of an artist. Even go back to "children of the moon" and you can see art!

Others explained :) ...other subtle aspects:
- Patrick wasn't home and Screech's girl was 'busy' - guess where Patrick was :)
- Screech was killed by a police officer - appears you may have missed that.
- In Screech's Tale, at the end, the story says "Our story it ends right at the start, poor Jenny and Screech lying one street apart" - illuding to the fact that this is the real "the end", they started this world on the same day lying next to each other, and also died close to each other on the same day. They just never knew each other.
- These were LIVE performances, all done in a single camera take, not a video lip sync'd with a studio recording. The 'studio recording' WAS the live performance - and there were no camera 'cuts'. Who else is doing this?
Truly a tragic story, Shakespearian.
Also the implication that Jenny has walked this street a thousand times, tragically she may have been a street walker/prostitute. The entire family ((Violet, Jenny & Screech)knew nothing but pain and suffering 😢

I see this as a 3 act Greek Tragedy, set to music. My favorite description from a commenter (sorry, I don't recall who it was) "It's a roller coaster that ends in a brick wall." I agree with you that his story telling is on a different level, and he does it in a way that is so relatable and accessible. True artistry.

No the "miracle" was the twins survived, they were Jenny and Screech, born to their mother Violet as she was dying in 2005. Then, 14 years later, Screech unknowingly killed his twin sister.
I myself have interpreted it as meaning two things at once: the babies surviving is a miracle, but so is Violet being free from pain and abuse.

Really enjoyed your reaction once again. I can see you’re a singer yourself so I think his two duets with Chinchilla might be your thing. Chalk Outlines (which is about becoming dependent on over the counter pharmaceuticals) and How to be Me which is a song about his best friend who ended his own life. But to be honest everything he does is 🔥. I’ll recommend Dominoes again too, the Ren song, not the pizza. Oh, ‘Humble’ with Eden Nash you’ll like 100%!

It was actually Filmed in Brighton an English city at the Sea side South of London.
I only found Ren a couple of weeks ago myself. I don’t remember being as blown away by a new artist (to me) for many a long year. I’m not going to say I like everything he’s done. I don’t. But what I do like, I really like. And what I don’t like, doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate the talent that went into creating it. He’s a force to be reckoned with. Chalk Outlines would be my recommendation for your next one. I love it.
I recommmend The song “ humble “ by Ren featuring Eden Nash its diffrent ven vibe from the others you have on your list but well worth it ( it’s my current favourite)

Jenny and Screech were brother and sister, but were separated at birth and put into the system because their mother was killed by their father the night they were born. Screech coincidentally killed his own sister 14 years later, and they never knew that each other existed.

Violet was an abused girl from her father who grew up and got with an abusive man, he beat her and got her pregnant. When she was in the hospital from abuse she died. They found out she was having twins. The twins were adopted. They never knew each other. There names were Jenny and Screech, so Violet was their mom. Jenny and Screech met each other that night and never knew they were related. So basically Screech killed his own sister. Then Screech was trying to hide from what he did. he went to Patrick house and he was not home. He called his girlfriend and she would not see him. He then ran in to the Police. Then when he ran at the officer Robert he shot Screech and killed him. So all 3 people from the same family died and was from the abusive family for 3 generations.

They were adopted (and separated) at birth, because their mother Violet died giving birth to the twins.
The story is insanity good.
History repeated itself, the violence and sadness.

1 - Patrick was not home for the very same reason why Screech's girlfriend was "busy"
2 - Jenny was a 14-year-old prostitute

Yes at the start of Violets tale he says "we have to rewind the hands of time for violets tale"... so Violet was abused as a child by her alcoholic mothers boyfriend, got into an abusive relationship, her boyfriend Stevie beat her black and blue and she died in hospital, they managed to save her baby (babies) as she ended up having twins called Jenny and James (Screech) . They obviously went into foster care and were separated, They then met up 14 years later in the alley way/street and Screech killed Jenny not knowing she was his sister. Great tale.

Something I wonder if it's on purpose in Screech's tale is when he says "Screech, the boy, where did he go?" he sounds like a wailing baby when he says "where" and I wonder if he did that to basically say Screech was so young he is practically a baby.
One thing I picked up is the fact that while Jenny was walking she usually felt ok. But this night she felt something in the air. Could she feel her unknown twin was close?

Something else, for Violet to have been able to get a council flat on welfare, she would most likely have been pregnant.
It is heavily speculated that Violet's own father was the biological father of her twins. That also plays into why Stevie, the one who beat her to death, kept calling her a liar. She was already pregnant when they got together.
Just another horrifying Easter egg to add to this tale of multi-generational trauma.
Maybe the twist doesn't happen every day, but the senseless violence and death surely does.

incredible - and incredibly tragic -story. The only good news here is that I'm seeing people discussing domestic violence as a result. And that's at least a step. The babies lived. Mom is dead, father now probably in jail. Babies separated and raised not knowing each other.

She was pregnant with twins, who survived. Violet is dead, her abusive boyfriend is in prison. The twins go into the care system and get separated.
Jenny who is silent, (like the mother she never knew). She walks the familiar streets (I think she was a prostitute) who gets robbed and killed by Screech.
Screech, a 14 year old abusive thug (like the father he never knew), kills Jenny. On the same night Screech charges at a police officer brandishing a knife, the officer shoots Screech dead.
Jenny and Screech were twins, growing up not knowing about each other. Separated by the care system. Violet was their mother.
A tragic tale of life repeating itself.
It's worth noting, that in the same way that Violet went on to pick an abusive partner because history repeats itself, there's a better than good chance that violet's mother who turned a blind eye, and was using alcohol to stay emotionally numb, was likely abused by her own father. Because this is a tale of intergenerational trauma, passed down through families.
This is about generational domestic violence Violet was abused by her father and killed by her boyfriend, her son was an explosion waiting to happen and killed his own twin (not identical) sister. It’s open but I imagine Screech’s daddy went to prison for killing his mother, Jenny went to foster, and Screech kind of grew up on the streets as a hoodlum. Jenny froze before she was killed almost the same as her mother had done back in 2005 when she was murdered. Shocking tail.
“Sick boi” because ot tails about Ren’s journey being misdiagnosed with mental illness instead of Lyme disease. It explains where Hi Ren comes from
So Violet was Jenny and screeches mom. Obviously, the abusive dad would have gone to prison for killing Violet. So they probably went into the system and got separated. So screech killed his twin sister without knowing it. That’s probably why her intuition was bugging her that night because she was so close to her twin. So Jenny was like her mom Violet by being still and quiet and screech was like his dad by being violent and ultimately a killer.
And remember Jenny’s go to response in danger was to freeze and be silent, like her mother. And Screech’s go to response was anger and violence, just like his father Stevie. They both were failed by the ‘foster’ system or whatever as they were both only 14 and walking the streets. Jenny was likely a prostitute (high heeled shoes, rosy cheeks, looking for escape…).
He’s not only talking about generational trauma, imo, I think he is also trying to get us to confront some realities (like showing someone with anger issues how that affect others). I also think he wants us to think about the things we might do that allows the abuse because then we might come up with ideas for change.
We all just speculate. I’m sure Ren gets a kick out of our ‘theories’, lol.
