Yes I have a friend who can’t have kids and she is suffering everyday. She won’t ever get over it😢. It wouldn’t matter if she would only get ONE child or the gender at all. She just want to have a baby. It’s really sad
It’s not something you ever get over. You just have to get through. Some of us just don’t get to have what we wanted. There’s nothing wrong with being peed off about that, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. We are justified in holding some anger about that situation. Yes, we need to move forward and find other things to do with our lives, but the anger is also justified and valid. We have a right to it.

I can totally relate to the 'being grateful to the point where you get emotional' part 🥺 I used to be in disbelief when I'd hear people say they were grateful for life, but when I finally experienced it myself it was so eye opening and such a good feeling😇 so happy for you!!

I don't know why this video made me feel like crying a bit at the end. I'm very happy that you're so happy, Sissel! I think it makes me feel weepy because I spent 11 years living in Japan and recently came back to the country I was born in - a different "season of my life," as you said - and I'm struggling to find meaning in my next "season," since I'll always be a little bit divided between (at least) two places. I think everyone who moves abroad feels this way. In your case, I think it certainly centers a person to create your own little universe with you and Jake, and your little one coming soon. 🌷

It's been such an overwhelming experience for me watching your pregnancy journey. I'm truly so happy for you and hope I will experience the same joy as you soon enough! I'm watching this video even though I'm not pregnant nor close to the life path I want and the part when you said it's hard to be grateful sometimes I really got it. I finally started to feel it when I met my current partner and I feel really grateful - it's amazing that we're alive in at the same time and history and that we have found each other and that everything will be okay, the feeling is better than anything..

Before I got pregnant I was so scared of birth and pregnancy that I wasn't sure I even wanted kids. But after having my daughter there's nothing to be afraid of, we are built to birth 👏🏼 wishing you safe travels ❣️

I am filled with joy! Such a wholesome video. Time flies and look at your bump ❤ around 12:03 you talk about the measurements after the scan.
Last year they said my baby was measuring average as well (my husband and I are tall people as well, average 182 cm). However when baby boy was born he came out as the 98th percentile 😭 he was and still is massive.
Yeah honestly I heard so much about how the measuring during pregnancy isn’t super accurate, so I’m not putting too much meaning into it 💚

Congratulations for the babyyy! 💗 I actually have a question as well: I remember you talked about your concerns over the labor and was looking for a place to have a natural labor and a humanized process in the birth of your child. Did you find any place already that is more foreign-friendly and focus on the natural process of birth? I noticed the doctor on the video was speaking English and I suddenly got curious again. Found out we were also having a boy 2 weeks ago and I’m still over the moon about it🥺 been loving watching your pregnancy journey as I’m also on it and a few weeks behind you - I’ve never felt so calm and at peace with the things in my life despite being pregnant lol. Everyone tends to put all these anxieties and stresses on you that you have to do before baby is here, but I’ve fully embraced doing things at a certain pace. Fun fact, where I come from (Italy) we say that when you're pregnant with a boy the mother will look glowy and more beautiful than ever! I am 31 right now and one of my biggest wishes is having children at one point. Unfortunately, I don't have the right circumstances to fulfill this wish at the moment but I really hope that destiny has it in it for me, especially after seeing how fulfilling it is for others like I always imagined it to be. ❤

I also felt that sense of fulfillment, when I was pregnant. And I am happy to say having a baby def helped me let go of a lot of desperation I felt prior. Hence I have deduced that there is some sort of biological or hormonal drive, which urges women to procreate. Unfortunately this intense need was quite harmful and destructive in my life, because it kept me longing for relationships so intensively/ to such an extent that I was unable to see, when these relationships were bad for me. All of that has completely resolved, since giving birth. I am confident I would never chase after another man, or settle for anything less than perfection, nowadays. Essentially that means I can be happy and single without any regrets. So yes I highly recommend pregnancy and giving birth, too.
