Lovely. Would put one bed down w bah and a lounge on bottom floor and put family/ living ,bedroom and kitchen up . Would have a formal living room down and more casual up

I'd put in heated flooring and solar power. Radiators take up so much wall space.
Seems great for someone who needs this much space and who wants to style the interior at their discretion.
Nicely finished. It would have been smarter to use the 4th “bedroom” on the top floor as a bathroom. It is too small for a bedroom, and the bath on that level is ridiculous. It should be closet space/storage.

Beautiful home! But OMG! The number of steps in it! We have 14 steps between basement and main level with 14 steps to the first level. Both gentle curved stairways. The engineer messed up the design by failing to place a continuous elevator shaft in the design. He tells me to do an external elevator but there is no place to instal it without adding enclosed spaces and a brigade way between two terraces. To much €€€ in license fees and penalty fees to do the addition and the bad thing is they do not recognize the fact that I am semi incapacitated with bad knees.
I am surprised that there is no cantina or basement level under this home. The architect did an excellent job at specifying the pre instal piping for the air conditioners but I wonder why there are no vents to the outside for the bathrooms. Personally I prefer the "blank canvas" concept for a remodel for homes within the old towns. It may be a slight inconvenience to the new homeowner but they can finish off the home to meet their décor. I do like the "built in toilets" that were chosen for this remodel, we have incorporated the same idea in one of our bathrooms, a real efficient space saver!

The only thing i didn't like is how close a car is allowed to park near the entry door. It would be very difficult to come in with a package or groceries with a vehicle right in front.
I was thinking it would be perfect to make that back room into the kitchen - specifically because that is where I would park my car. (That was before I saw the rest of the apartment - now that room is my studio/ office 🙂)

Ciao. It is owned by an engineer and he is doing the work himself. The idea is to allow the buyer to choose the finishes

Table and a couple of chairs on the bedroom balcony? Let’s just say a chair and a plant. Don’t oversell it. The school right across with athletic fields will mean constant noise. Would be great in another location.
