That Transaero 767 aircraft had been seized by Irish-based ORIX leasing, which owned the plane anx was receiving no payment from Transaero and so they intervened in Rimini on the 21st October 2015, when the passengers inbound from Moscow had just been offloaded. The passengers for the return flight of this aircraft went onto other flights as a result.
Ever since, it remained in Rimini and 2 years later its spare parts were taken from it. The aircraft is now used for fire crew trainings and emergency simulations
