Haaaaa, you're now the third person I've seen(not including me) say that they love this game but have ZERO attachment to the IP.
This is a fantastically designed game, especially for solo, and I wish they'd at least re-skin and reprint it!
I tried to do a little primer of the Warhammer lore for this video, but that is DENSE stuff.
It’s wild how brutal it is, and how quickly a game can turn bad! I could easily see an Arkham Files re-theme.

Plus every time Insee such a video I promise myself to get better at explained games to my non solo players who annoyingly show up at my place randomly and keep me from spending quality time with my favorite solo companion (which is a plush dog… that can talk… all the time while I play… it’s great, trust me).

I'm glad you felt like it! I've only played it almost once several years ago and decided to try it again when a friend comes over in a few days ... and then I realized it can be played solo! I could have played it a million times already!

@@thegrouchynerdI just played it with a friend a few days ago. We won! Well, we cheated a bit in round 2 and 3, I think, because we made a couple of mistakes, but it didn't make much of a difference. We were super lucky in the end! I don't expect to win again ...

How to play? The game is 12 years old. We know how to play. There are dozens of how to play videos for many years. What we would appreciate is more actual playthroughs.
That may be something I look into down the line, but I don’t currently have a way to get clean audio in my play area, and I feel like narrating it after the fact might be too dry.
