In this clip, D.L. Hughley shares his thoughts on international trade that resulted in the release of WNBNA star Brittney Grinner. The actor/comedian suggests that President Joe Biden fought hard for the release of Brittney, because many of his supporters are Black women and he wanted to appease their demands. He then brings up an interesting point about the difficulties behind getting a prisoner from Alabama released from prison for marijuana possession. As the talk moves along, the discussion shifts to Kanye West. D.L. says that he was done with Kanye after his remarks about slavery being a choice. He then talks about the way in which Kanye lost his endorsements before stating, "If Christians can survive without Jesus, Adidas can survive without Yeesuz." He also refutes the notion that Kanye's behavior is due to mental health stating that ex-NBA player Delonte West could never get away with saying and doing what he does. Lastly, D.L. and DJ Vlad talk about the brutality of Hitler and why it was so horrendous that Kanye referred to him so often.
It's crazy that so many people think Kanye is some deep free thinker, when you couldn't invent a more shallow person if you tried.

Come to think of it, black americans were so smart in their choices that when the british had asked the slaves to help them defeat the white americans aka their masters during the revolution car, they chose to fight for their masters and be relegated to slavery so again, it was a choice.
Every other race on the planet has fought off its enemies but black people and thus were not subjected to the type of vitriol blacks endured ...

Contrast and comparison to how the treatment of white girls death are different from a black girls.....how they were murdered is irrelevant. One got an alert (& rightfully so) and the other a T- shirt in her honor. You can also see in this country how there are hundreds of black girls who go missing but get very little coverage, most all of the missing white girls gets America behind their story.
He's saying Amber's murder resulted in systemic change. Plenty of young black girls are kidnapped and murdered as well but it never garnered anywhere close to the same national media coverage, let alone systemic change.
