The first floor casting which type of MM IRON RODS did you use for the casting?...thank you
I used 16MM for the beans and pillars and 12MM for weaving (I’m not sure if that the right word but you know what I mean 😀)

Keep the windows bigger
I settled on 9ft wide windows in the front. Almost ceiling to floor.

You’re welcome 🙏 I am not onsite. My brother has been my foreman from the foundation all the way to the current level. He deals with the contractors/artisans and also the purchasing of the materials. I just supervise from afar to make sure they’re doing things to my liking.
Is the cost of the land included?
How much is a truck of sand (16m2), cement (100kg) and steel per kilo?
The cost of the land isn’t included just the structure. The last time I bought sand , it was 2,600 cedis and a ton of steel is now 7,700 cedis the last time I bought it. 🙏
