- Malaysia really has it all and these tropical paradise islands (Perhentian, Redang & Lang Tengha) on the East coast really took us by surprise! We almost skipped this place to travel through Terengganu but are so happy that we caught a last minute boat with SEM out to Lang Tengha Island to stay for a few nights as it was honestly one of the most magical experiences of our whole honeymoon so far! Malaysia, we love you and thank you again for the surprises and for keeping us on our toes!

I grew up on these islands! Well, I lived in the east coast of Malaysia and my family used to go to these islands for a picnic once or twice a month. Now I live in North America and around Europe. But the blue ocean and the sound of the waves hitting the shore are home to me. I love your video even though it made me homesick.
That Tepung Pelita made mixture with coconut milk that easy to get stale... with Malaysia weather right now, the fermentation process can be going faster, so shall keep the food inside the fridge.
Those underwater shots with the turtles are my FAVOURITE, glad you guys (and us) got to see them!

From your campsite you can actually take a 45mins jungle trekking to the turtle snorkelling point. It is nice track with lot of interesting flora to witness
