🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
he hit the window one time surely he would of learnt and then done 2 more times
Right, same thoughts exactly.
I just caused 50k worth of damage to a cnc machine, loaded a part incorrectly and broke the spindle. They said it’s part of learning and indeed it was. I was far harder on myself than they were
I was once told "If shit is breaking,at least i know your working!!!!!
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Probably wouldn't have broke if it was a Caterpillar.
U guys do realize the t series have very weak windows. And the bolts come loose where it bolts to hinge. We have had 3 break 2 was just from co works shutting the door I then realized the bolts wer loose Its equipment shit happens. Its a very common issue after researching
Dont want any glass windows on my skidsteer when using... I need to know whats going on around me
You’d think he would’ve stopped after the first time he smacked the door glass. Treat the equipment like it belongs to you.
That or one of the 15 guys including the operator would have stepped in seems like no one respects the boss man or his equipment because somebody could have stepped in and prevented this
Lines and broom sweep are 💯tight
THEY HAVE A GUY IN CHARGE OF THE EXTENSION CORD!!!!!
Fired for that? I don’t think so. Plus everybody standing around watching. The idiot recording should of been fired for watching it just to catch it happen on video.
I remember my first job at 16 was a position of a general worker at a small airport mechanic shop. I'd mow the lawns, weed wack, clean up the shop, etc. One day I accidentally hit the horizontal stabilizer of one of the aircraft out in the field with the mower. In the end it all worked out, but I'll never forget how humiliated I felt. Luckily for me, that was back in the day before cell phones and the internet so there wasn't any possibility of a video of the incident to be taken and posted for the entire world to see...unlike this poor young soul.
Thank you for the life story, I enjoyed it. Luckily, the fella that broke the windshield is the owners son so he was yelled at pretty good but wasn’t made to pay for it. Mistakes happen all the time and it was a learning experience for him. Some on here think this was staged but it was 100% authentic. I do agree it looks fake oddly watching facial expressions. Just the first time something like that happened other than cutting through a cable line lol
Fake the camera man, driver and everyone else around just let him do that. This is for views
That kid ain’t got walking around sense.
I thought I had to take a shit, but it stopped.
Joints are sloppy and the broom finish isn’t anything to write home about either…. Maybe someone should have shown the labourer how to properly dump a barrow.
Instead of recording, why didn’t stop to help him? or at least suggested a different way to pour the concrete in a position.
He was being careless and lazy
,that’s what happens 🫢
That clickbait will pay for the window
Firing him was a little unnecessary he obviously didn’t mean to break the window it was just an accident
He did not get fired
Boss man needs to understand that accidents happen and it wasn’t intentional.
Where did he get fired?
That glass is easy and cheap to replace if you do it yourself.
Ya'll are crybabies nowadays, scared of challenges.
Insurance Adjuster had to increase the rates after this video
One idiot could’ve gotten a shovel and scraped it out while he had it tripped 🤦🏻♂️
damn that many guys.... and works looks like 💩 honestly
Why did they keep showing the finished product ? It looked like absolute garbage.
wors part is right after he did it hes just got a big ass smile on his face like its funny, nah pal, it aint.
Shit happens.
But what really tears it is the fact nobody around said a God damn word. Not the operator. Not anyone else standing around giggling about it. The guys young. Accidents happen. We take heavy equipment for granted. Those windshields are tough but glass will always be glass even the heavy duty stuff..take care and don't intentionally hit it if you can avoid it.
How to keep a skidstear window nice. Step one. Removeve windshield. Step two put windsheild in garden shed.....
I’m from Indiana, and would love for you to take a video of our company working 🤙🏼
Would love to collab sometime in the future! Thanks for the support and will keep you in mind. Hope the 2023 season is great for you all in your area this year!
The constant belittling of your guys. You have incredibly high turnover. Your workers are not your competition. You are not even the owner. You are a narcissist and you are going to create a lot of problems for your boss because you kick down on his future. .
That isint no Victory concrete i tell you that!!
