- Join the crew as we rip out an old asphalt driveway and prep for poured concrete. It is a Monday which is not my favorite but we made good progress setting this big driveway up and it is ready for concrete. Enjoy

It is the true measure of a genuinely good bloke when he helps his employee be successful rather than keeping them trying to keep them pegged down thinking they are lucky to have a job.

bugs is pretty young lol
Its not hard to find people with good work ethics. When the laborers are paid appropriately or at a more competitive rate, they are more inclined to return to work and work harder. When you pay some one pennies on the dollar you cant expect them to fly around for you unless they are desperate or retarted.
I've noticed Marcel seems a lot happier lately, maybe for a few weeks now. Talks more, laughs more, etc. Good for him!

I'm an oilfield service and transport contractor.
I mostly work solo but have a few helpers.
Every day, every single day rain snow sleet or hail every truck and transfer tanks are filled.
Diesel should never be an issue.

One day best mom will not be there on a Monday (unfortunately we all get older each day, not being rude all respect) and you'll look back and see Mondays were actually the best day of each week. Great work love the videos

I'm a landscaper, mostly sod installation and renovation. Started working at 17yrs old after some trouble in in my teens. Im (27) now. I love landscaping but I wish I had a boss like you. God bless 🙌🏽 having a boss like you would make work life more enjoyable.
Gonna be a sad day when Eric leaves to start his own firm he's a great character but all the best to him when he does, seems like a really good kid and unlucky about the tires but lucky at the same time as hes getting a taste of business and realising you need money in the bank at all times for emergencies like that!

I am not going to lie, I was disappointed during the start of the season to see that Marcel was back because of last seasons events. But man has he proved me wrong this season, very impressed with his improvements and commitments he has made so far in this season. Federal Motor Carrier regulations require him to be hands-free. Going to be a huge ticket for Daryl and a gigantic fine for Ryan. In addition to a seat belt ticket.
Really enjoy the videos. You care about your workers and ensure that they are fed and watered. It’s the best way to make sure that they give you maximum effort, although you have to keep a check on Daryl🤪
1 reason sooo many people have subscribed to this channel in such a short time is because of Ryan himself. I am a subscriber, and after a year of watching, I still know nothing about concrete besides what I've learned from this channel. Ryan always has his family involved with him. He is always teaching his kids about life and hard work. I mean Jeez, Ryan remembers the names of the cement truck drivers, and even the names of everybody at the "coffee shop", and he is friendly to everybody he meets, even when they aren't friendly towards him. That's why I became a fan. How could you Not support such a kind, family man? Keep it coming, Ryan. I love your videos. Plus, even tho he is sooo busy, he still takes the time to respond to fans "clears throat" [Hint, Hint] and answer all kinds of dumb questions like the ones I always ask

Your Mom's a sweetheart for bringing you guys all lunch! What a great way to motivate the crew! The Mom in me is concerned about Daryl driving and talking on the phone. That's illegal and could cause a serious accident! There's holders you can get for the dashboard to hold the cell phone so you can legally drive and talk. Care about your own safety as well as all the people you're driving by.
Overall it's fun to watch the crew interact and have fun with each other and still get your job done!
