Something I’ve really been noticing - I like how you both say “you’re so lucky” and not “spoilt” ❤ I was always around language like “spoilt” whenever I received nice gifts etc. and all it did was make me feel bad/guilty!
i thought the same! i grew up with like ‘who’s as lucky as you’ so it was super nostalgic hearing it again, especially to hear it about zoe and alfie’s daughter, my ultimate comfort duo aha

As someone who didn’t have present or caring parents like you, I get such a heartwarming feeling every time I see these vlogs.

I didn’t grow up with much, for every birthday we got to pick our favorite food to eat with the family and have a cake. Now that I’m older I realized how much I’d rather prefer to spend my birthday with family and yummy food. It’s the people we love that make life worthwhile. I’m happy to see you guys make sure your daughter sees that.

My baby is 15 weeks old and it makes me super excited for his future birthdays. Even though time is cruel when it comes to our little once. The excitement for what’s to come but the heartbreak over each week they grow farther from that new precious little thing we grew inside us and brought home from the hospital in our arms 💔

We welcomed our first child at the beginning of August and having these videos each day has been a lifesaver for me. As I’ve navigated these first few weeks of motherhood it’s been so comforting to return to you all each day (who I’ve followed since I was in my early teens) and to feel like I’m catching up with a friend. It’s made all the late nights and tricky days of postpartum recovery feel a little easier especially in those moments where loneliness has hit hard! Can’t believe vlogust is nearly over and that I almost have a one month old !! Thank you all, enjoy the last day of August and enjoy your rest afterwards xx
