I never comment but after the clips of Zoe and Ottie watching The Grinch and Alfie coming home and being so excited to see Ottie on the stairs- I couldn’t help but to shed a few tears😢❤ As someone who didn’t have the best childhood or even my father in my life- thank you both for showing young people what a family can look like. I can only imagine how much love little Ottie feels every day and that is all thanks to you two, it’s beautiful to witness such wonderful parents!

Here’s an end of the vlog Q for you: the transition from Zoe and Alfie to mom Zoe and dad alfie was super easy for viewers (me I guess…). It felt natural because you both are just so nurturing. It’s apparent in both of your personalities… even with the limited knowledge we truly have of you. Anyway, the one thing I can’t wrap my head around is Zoe and Alfie as parents to a teenager, or pre-teen. Like my brain cannot go there. I assume you won’t be vlogging by the time that actually happens, but what does that life look like to you? Is it as hard for you to wrap your head around as it is me? It only seems like she doesn’t care about mama because at this age they don’t even really recognize mom as a separate entity from themselves. In her mind, you two are a unit. You’re one and the same. She still hasn’t separated from you after being in the womb and being a part of you, she still views you that way and will for a little bit longer. You’re her everything.
I’m not going to lie I’m totally loved up on Ottie she is just too adorable. It is so heartwarming to see some good old fashioned parenting. Ottie will 100% begin her schooling knowing the alphabet, numbers and being able to write her name. It is scary how many children turn up having never held a pencil.
