I think from datasheet of 1N4140 A but in datasheet 10 mA not here. Friend take value 1/10 . 100 mA/ 10 = 10 mA.

I need to replace a smd zener diode which is 16V, 0.5W. however i can find is only 15V and 18V 0.5W. which should I use.
Also what is the difference in packages other than size? Can I replace sod-123 with sod-80 type without any performace issue?
