Gracie's Rebuild Part 1

At the end of season 2022 I noticed that Gracie was starting hard. She seemed to have a lot of exhaust water to expel before she could get all three of her cylinders firing smoothly. On the very last day of sailing... when I moved Gracie from Southwest Harbor to Northeast Harbor for her haul-out the next day.... I could see and hear her distress. With her decompression control in my mouth (via string) and a resolve that I had a huge winter rebuild ahead we limped home.
Thankfully one of my best sailing and teacher friends was up to the challenge of guiding me through the rebuild of my Gracie's Universal-M-25 (Marinised-Kabota-850).
