How to Make a Miniature two story paper house | Mini community Project | Mini city model - Tutorial by Crystal Best
In this video, I will show you how to build the cutest miniature two story residential house perfect for your mini Village, mini city model, mini community model or even your Christmas village!

ALL dimensions are in INCHES
To make this house you’re creating three separate units and sticking them together.
The dimensions of finished house would be 4 ½ x 4 x 5 ½ tall
You will need cardstock in the following sizes for each house:
Unit 1 - Base House (2x3)
1. 1 piece of green 10 ½ x 7
a. Score on 10 ½ side at 2, 5, 7, 10
b. Score on 7 side at ½ and 5
2. 1 pieces of gold 3 ¼ x 5 for roof scored on 5 side at 2 ½
Unit 2 - Front Section (2x3)
1. 1 piece of green 10 ½ x 3 ¼
a. Score on 10 ½ side at 2, 5, 7, 10
b. Score on 3 ¼ side at ½ and 2 ½
2. 1 piece of gold 3 ¼ x 2 ½ left flat (
Unit 3 - Side Section (1 ½x2)
1. 1 piece of green 7 ½ x 5
a. Score on 7 ½ side at 1 ½, 3 ½, 5, 7
b. Score on 5 side at ½ and 4
2. 1 piece of gold for roof 2 ½ x 3 scored on 3 side at 1 ½ (cut off over hang on side that has to be suck on to main house)
Awning for house:
1. 1 piece 2 x 4 ½ scored on 2 at ¼ and 1 ¼ and scalloped on the 4 ½ side.
2. 1 piece of gold 2 x 4 scored at 2 on ½, 1, 1 ½ and folded and stuck into a triangle as shown
Your house also would need numerous decorative items for including
a. Front and back doors
b. Windows
c. Hedges
d. Fences
e. Christmas Decor for a Christmas House
Other materials you'll need to make your house:
