This is not the problem of Diocese. It is your personal problem to hide the concept. When a person is not satisfied he will turn against the authority. When a priest questions the Bishop honestly and appropriately, the bishop either transfers such a priest to a remoted place where there is no food, no water and not even a chritian family or removes such a priest from the diocese.

As I understand Mr William was repeatedly called for dialogue by the Authorities of the diocese but he has adamantly and defiantly turned down the invitations. He has a point to make, why can't they call him for a meeting and clarify all the issues raised by him. High handed behavior of religious heads do not augur well. Free and fair discussion is the only democratic way out. The Church should shed the old egalitarian attitude and should not behave like they did to Galelio during Renaissance.
