Just got one and came here to learn more about it because I went from an old mini van with no features to all the features and I have so much to learn. Your video is amazing! Thank you!
One of the best reviews of a vehicle. Nice to see someone run through the features.
I love, love, love, this SUV today all because of how you show cased it! OMG, I am in the market to trade in my 2019 Armada and was looking for something that spoke to my heart I am excited about all the cool features for such a low price!!! Love it, great job! Thank you, Thank you!!
Best review on this car that I have seen!! I just bought a 2024 Palisade Calligraphy 3 days ago and this video came in clutch!! There are so many feautures that this car has and u helped me figure them out. I'm loving my car and it really makes my driving enjoyable.
I’m happy the video could help!
I love my palisade calligraphy black,i was so impressed i got my wife one aswell.
do the side mirrors fold in electronically? and can you control radio volume on steering wheel?
@@emergedwellness electronic fold no - radio volume yes. Weird because the Telluride in upper trim model has folding mirrors - but does not have auto dimming mirrors that the Palisade has
@@hagan091094 thanks! Guess ya can't have it all 🤷🏽♀It's not that big of a deal since there's so many other great additions the cams and auto starter is a plus.
Great video and I agree with you..for the money that is one insanely equipped SUV. All the materials look so great as well. If I were in need of a big SUV this would be my pick. Hoping you are doing great!
It is very nice for the money.. Thank you - I hope all is well with you too!
Well done, I appreciate the time and detail you put into this video. Very helpful. I really liked how you showed the entire window sticker. Thank you!
This white , black front has a chokehold on me . One of the best exteriors in my opinion. Would have love lunar rock and black front as combo color
Awesome video. My 3rd Palisade Vid and the best by far. The car salesman won't have any surprises for me thanks again.
I pick my 2024 Calligraphy Night Edition in black in 2 days. I can't wait. It's such a nice ride for the price, and it's fully loaded.
Night Edition in every car?SUV looks nice. Great review as always. Greetings
I got one calligraphy night edition , black, few days ago and love it every bit of it .
Lots of great features
to learn.
Thanks for your knowledgeable expertise on this palisade.
Congrats!
Wow ! ❤❤❤ love this ! Looks so cool !
Great Review! I currently own the 2020 Limited Edition. Unfortunately in 2020 there was no Calligraphy spec or Black Edition, however the 2020 limited did come with almost every feature shown in this video, including Suede Head Liner and full Napa Leather.
A feature I absolutely love is the auto leveling air rear suspension. When towing or driving with several people in the vehicle or both the rear suspension will level itself so the rear end does not sag. This is a feature not talked about or displayed enough in all reviews.
As for mine. I currently have a little more than 94k miles of all highway and I love every bit of it. My only gripe with the interior is for broad shoulders and big tall guys is the center council is to low. And could at time use more power. Other than that best vehicle for the money hands down.
Im currently looking to either get the new Calligraphy Night Edition or contemplating the upgrade to the Genesis GV80 3.5TT Prestige Black Edition, however the almost 21k dollar swing difference and smaller interior is what throws me off. The power and styling on the other hand is what draws my attention.
Amazing review bro.
I have the 2024 Palisade Calligraphy in Steel Gray and Beige interior and absolutely love this car but what the Palisade Calligraphy is lacking: wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto, power tilt and telescoping steering wheel- it is manual, automatic door locks when you walk away, power folding mirrors, motion activated rear lift gate - has automatic proximity instead but I don’t like that as it can lift when you don’t want it to. What it has that others don’t and are really nice: massaging drivers seat, heated and ventilated 2nd row, heated 3rd row, power down and up 3rd row, seat change on sport mode or high speed driving- side bolsters squeeze in and seat bottom also adjusts, acoustic laminated glass all around. For the cost it is great, hope the reliability is good and have no problems with warranty support as I have heard may be a problem. The finance person highly recommended the additional warranty company as he stated it would be great to have in case Hyundai refuses a warranty claim for some reason and I have since read that is common with Hyundai, time will tell.
Just bought this same white one today - we love it ONLY downside is no electronic folding mirrors. Very plush and loaded for the price. Traded in our 2016 Range Rover and not sorry to see it go…..
Exactly. What the heck is the deal with no fold mirrors!? I have the 2023 model
great review !
Folding mirrors is missing option on this model
I just bought one and I love it
I like the night edition, but I wish it had the Napa Leather and wireless carplay. Other than that, I love it.
I agree. I pick mine up in 2 days, and the seats are nice, but I prefer leather. I have been told the suede is better for ventilation and heating than the leather. Hyundai doesn't offer wireless car play in any of the palisades, but it will probably be included in 2025.
Very informative.
we just picked up an all black one... My wife loves it.
Enjoyed the Vid :)
Thank you!
they need to start offering some incentives ! ive been looking at this exact car but no incentives yet !
very informative
I'm surprised it doesn't come with power folding mirrors
Me too tbh
US models don’t. Korean versions on the other hand gets power folding mirrors, electric memory steering column adjustment and driver seat zero gravity recline function. I am not sure why Hyundai limits the US models, maybe cost savings. I also have a 24 calligraphy.
Insane Hyundai bro!
Yesss
I wish Hyundai would offer the Two tone color paint (Black Roof) That would've made the white palisade look 100% better.
That would look sweet
You can have it wrapped for $800 I'm guessing
Living in AZ and owning white vehicles for weather reasons, the black roof would piss me off ;)
What’s the point of having remote forward/reverse capability if you can’t fold in the mirrors?
Damn bought the 2023 with the chrome wish they had the black option
The 2025 is a redesign completely... I'm not sure if I should wait or 2024
Of course people will always find things to complain about. Would be nice to have power steering wheel adjustment but all in for the price you cannot beat this value. I traded in a Range Rover that was twice the price with infinitely LESS features (and terrible reliability) for the night edition. Couldn’t be happier.
What kind of RR did you have? What year?
@@703Speed Had a 2019 RRS Dynamic that was hell on wheels / software disaster. That was replaced by a 2022 RRS HSE Silver edition that was just ok. Parking sensors worked sporadically. Just terribly overpriced (nobody to blame but myself on that one) - my spec did NOT have features such as adaptive cruise, digital rear mirror, 360 camera, massage seats, etc., etc., and was purchased during COVID with "dealer adjustment" price of 90k (a low point in my personal financial lifespan). Traded that 2022 in for the Palisade, paid 51k OTD with some equity from the trade. Again, couldn't be happier.
I just wish they would have added more power to such a heavy SUV, or a turbo.
This one looks way better than Hyundai Santa Fe 2024.
Nice bag. What is it?
Do any packages come with factory rear TV screens?
No. The Kia Carnival has them as an option but not on these SUVs
Winshield wipers dont work in the snow! I have had 2 Palisades. The blades motor is to weak to clear the snow. Others have commented similarly. The winshield wiper wells are to deep to clear from snow,
How do I close my bonnet (hood)
We just traded our Cadillac XT5 for the Palisade Calligraphy
For all the Palisade owners out there, we have 2 kids with car seats we would put in the captain seats. How tight do you think it is to walk thru the “pathway” to the rear seat?
Plenty of space. The arm rest will also fold down and up allows for more room.
Very nice should have 350 hp..
Only gripe is the lack of color options. I would like to see and actual blue and red color options not a dark blue or light blue just a regular blue and regular red. Not a maroon or purple or burgundy just red. Black, white, red, and blue. Basic. Shoot you can even do Silver not grey or gray just silver.
I was looking for red as well. Bought the burgundy. It's so dark you almost can't tell it's not black.
@@chrispierce7548 yea and I’m pretty sure newer models are going to have more colors so I’m going to hold off
Dear Hyundai, please call Toyota and ask them to teach you how to make a nice steering wheel.
Amen to this!! Just returned our new Toyota GH and we are getting a Pali Calligraphy.
Not a fan of Hyundai but it’s a sharp vehicle
Amazing vehicle- Hyundai are moving in the right direction- they are not in the market to fool people in 2024 they are very careful with what quality products they are bringing to customers. Genesis have change a lot of his own people to hire Mercedes BMW Lamborghini people
That extension from the driver seat is so uncomfortable. It hurt my legs so bad. That is the only reason why I didn’t buy it.
Narrowed my choices for a new SUV down to two Makes and models...........2024 Chevy Traverse RS in Black or a 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy night edition in black......Decisions Decisions.🙃🙃
I’m in the same scenario. The Chevy scares me a little and having the 4 cylinder but new design looks so nice.
I want this package but I will never have alcantara seats. This was a huge mistake by Hyundai. If you have ever had alcantara you know that it’s not easy to keep it fresh with everyday use. I can’t imagine having children in the seats everyday
The little hyundai and Kia of years past, now they’re building large vehicles..............??
People are getting bigger 😅
Lol
But how is the reliability with that engine and transmission...
I feel like this one should be pretty solid
15 year old Sonata with 150k miles. No issues. I have a 6 year old Elantra and Santa Fe sports. No issues. I have 2023 Palisade for almost a year... Never had issues with Hyundai.
All brands including Toyota and Honda will have some issues. What matters is how they address the issues.
Proper maintenance is the key.
Sharp looking but gas mileage is not great .
Most affordable suv is also the most luxurious compared to cadi, toy, chevy, gmc, etc. 😂
can't believe it doesn't have power folding mirrors !
Australian version has folding mirrors.
Palisade drops in value after one year used ones with low mileage go for $52-53k instead of buying new is 60k rather by pre owned then new
Why would you buy something that expensive used with these high interest rates. Still cheaper buying new.
Not always true.
That's all cars. All cars drops in value a lot in their first year.
Now Toyota and Honda fanatics will say theirs hold their value better. Yeah, but they paid a lot more for their when they bought it.
Toyota and Honda are always $2-3k or more expensive when new.. So it's only natural for the used one to be priced higher than comparable Hyundai.
Every vehicle in this country drops in value the moment you drive off the lot. It's a depreciating asset. 🙄 If you find value in a vehicle, it's worth whatever the price tag is. Good job though troll!
I just bought a brand new '24 Caligraphy for $51k. That's $3k below msrp.
Bummer it has to be wired. I have had so many issues with wired convectivity. My mdx is wireless and zero issues with android auto
I know I know
Hyundai should have an update in the near future for wireless Android auto and Apple carplay! It will update the head unit which is free for 3 years!
One day when the figure out how to make their engines from not blowing up they might be good? Too soon
Ummmm nice 👍😅
It’s too bad Hyundai doesn’t have more engine choices. This engine lags compared to the Ford Explorer which has 3 choices ranging from 300 hp to 400 hp.
no way with that seat material.
Agreed 😲
You don't like it?
Ummmmm 🤔
@@703Speed I get why people are concerned about the Alcantara seat material, but I just saw it in person today and it’s amazing. I have also heard from actual owners that there have been zero issues with it. It doesn’t get over heated from the sun, like leather, cleaning is easy, etc. It’s very comfortable, and feels nice.
I used to own an Audi that had the same thing, with young kids btw, and never had major issues with it. It was all still in great shape as well.
It nice but I wouldn’t buy it because it only in two colors and I don’t like white and I’m tired of black colors car. Too bad it doesn’t come in red. Well there always Chevy traverse.
Or the Palisade Calligraphy
Dude, why are you yelling at the camera?
The engine is cheap and will blow up before 100000 miles
Well, it does have a 10 yr/100,000 mi power train warranty, so it’s all good. 😎
A copy of Ford Explorer. And, any midsized SUV with less than 320hp is pretty bad these days, imo.
Not exactly sure what the hell this comment means 🤣 even Ford stopped copying the Explorer😵 no Korean, German, Japanese or UK vehicles are copying anything from Ford.
Lol clearly you never sat in a palisade
@@kylelowe137 I have a palisade and a Santa Fe so is there a question I can answer for you
Gotta cry over something
Even if it was a copy, you've missed a key difference, which is that a hyundai can go more than 60k miles without breaking down, unlike a Ford.
Got this today 🥹🥰🥰🥰
2 problems here: Hyundai, no hybrid.
