The spider boss fight has got to be my favorite part of the added features. Fighting a spider in a forest just fits and looks awesome to see the trees from the sky. Some of the rail puzzles are pretty cool as well.

Man. Seeing this and the kronos reunited mod with how the cyberspace levels were on different parts of the island made kronos island seem SO grand and even magical in a way, similar to how I felt when I first saw the Game Awards trailer for Frontiers. I wish SEGA gave sonic team more man power and time from the very start. They scrapped around a whole year of development time cause they felt the formula back then was lacking, so I guess that was the reason why SEGA was so adamant on not giving extra time initially?
This is such a phenomenal work by the fans here. Everything is placed in a way where it feels so natural.
* Bonus points for them for not over-relying on grind rails

I'm still curious about those underwater structures, it seems that this could have been a type of puzzle in which if you made certain combinations of buttons, these structures could rise and reveal secrets or items, I say this because there is an empty space nearby that looks like part of the puzzle
Even though obviously a lot of this game lacked cooking, I like exploring this side of the islands, it matches the atmosphere of exploring unknown and mystical territory
Something tells me it could have been a story related puzzle because the underwater area has a lot going on just to be a puzzle that unlocks part of the map. It would have been like the death egg robot on Chaos Island. It was a unique area on the island and it had some story significance. Either way, I have a feeling that area was going to originally be used in order to progress the game. It’s always been one of the things I’ve been very curious about whenever I’m on Rhea Island (which isn’t much, I’ll tell you that). It also shows that the game was a bit rushed in places in order to make the deadline.
I love this, I wish they did this in the actual game. Rhea Island had so much potential instead of being just a lore island with towers, this is great!

Putting Asura where Giganto was is genius
Being able to sequence break into harder enemies is so much more enjoyable, rather than them being locked by story progression in the vanilla game

There were a lot of opportunities they could've added for rhea island, but instead we got more expanded kronos Island
Instead we got Climb and watch the Ancient lore Simulator

If in the future join rhea with kronos I think they would perfectly do it but you if you create another type of structure for the towers what is the last seal and ouranos can stay like this or optionally leave put a snow biome in ouranos for those who asked for that biome and I would love that

iirc DLC 2 releases probably mid-July and the DLC sometime in December (for that Xmas release date rush)
DLC #2 HAS to release on June 23rd, since it’ll be celebrating Sonic’s birthday.

It look like it's in beta state, not final version.
No enemies, no cyberspace levels, no puzzles, no guardians, no Titan.
I don't even see a point to come back to Rhea island after you completed all towers there

You go to Rhea from the waterfall, But in reality, The barrier was removed and you are actually in Kronos.
