Thanks to the cooperation with FlixBus, the Fernbus Coach Simulator lets you experience the world of driving a large coach on Germany's Autobahn and motorways in great detail.
Driving a large and modern MAN Lion’s Coach bus, you will experience the everyday life of a coach bus driver. Navigate a complex network of motorways and roads to bus stations in more than 40 German cities and stay in constant contact with the control centre.
Drive your bus carefully on the highways by day and night, in all seasons and in all weathers. Approximately 20.000 km of the German FlixBus route network have been recreated. Time passes at a scale of 1:10 so that the individual tours do not take too long.
As in real life, passengers who already have a valid ticket can board the bus immediately at the bus stops while the other passengers have to buy a new ticket from the driver.
Both licensed MAN coaches are equipped with original cockpits including all functions. The interior and exterior of the busses are modelled in great detail and the original passenger announcements create a realistic atmosphere. Construction sites, traffic jams and accidents will challenge you to keep up with the tight schedule.

The worst thing is that traffic AI is completely broken and suddenly stop dead on motorway making a rear end collision almost unavoidable
You seem to be one of the few that still actually keeps talking abt this game and its problems man. It sucks that to most people this game is pretty much dead so they just gave up on tryning to reach out. I think the community appreciates your effort

@@ShredhedGamingThanks for your effort. This game is one of my favorite on console, but it could be so much better if they would fix the bugs. The thing that bugs me the most is trucks stopping on highways. It's just so annoying.
I have told them about that and they will look into it, right now they need to sort out what the bugs are that effect the game across all platforms and the bugs that effect the game for specific platforms

Nope, I'm not an achievement hunter though. Also it's VERY difficult since some of the achievements are bugged

Comfort class and top class buses need to be fixed the air conditioner temperature needs to work as soon as possible far on or off and temperature to select

Hey buddy. New sim racer and newish subscriber here. Just wanted to say, appreciate your work reaching out to devs etc.
just a quick question. So basically I’m a console player and had a wheel a few months now and gone through all the back catalogue of sim games we’ve got (dirt 2.0, pc2, gt7 and acc) but I’m crying out for and more chill immersive experience and wondering your recommendations?
I’ll be honest it looks like they’re all lacking in some aspect on console whether it be the graphics/glitches, wheel support etc
I think this looks like the one I’m most settled on but just wondering if the lack of ‘career’ makes it lifeless? As in gets boring very quickly? Was so looking forward to taxi life but the lack of wheel support and tiny map has left a sour taste.
Hoping Alaskan road truckers or the Australian truck game pulls through but it seems like a constant state of hope for us console players lol
I would say Fernbus is the best we have on console, itnhas it's issues but HOPEFULLY most of those will get fixed. The lack of career mode doesn't really bother me personally, however I do know some will want more linear experience with goals and such. For me it's about the drive and the huge map, we have nothing really close to this on console. Tourist bus simulator is a much better option if you need that career mode experience but I cannot recommend that game in its current state. There should be an update to that game this year at some point. As for wheel games I'd highly recommend WRC, it really is a fun game. Also Snowrunner is an amazing title to play on a wheel with just crazy amounts of content between dlc and mods.
@@ShredhedGaminghey! Thanks for the reply. Yes I have ea wrc and I can’t speak highly enough of it. It was dirt 2.0 on a controller that started my journey into sim late last year. The problem is all the games I have are ‘flat out’ competing for times etc, I’m looking for a more chill immersive experience. Snowrunner is a shining example of what can be done on console, the sound immersion is great and the performance and graphics brilliant but the painfully slow pace and ghostly empty maps/lack of interaction hold me back from fully investing time in it.p although I commend it and the devs.
Think I’ll go with fernbus, but wait for a sale and keep an eye on the games I mentioned in last comment - plus tdu solar crown (will you cover this game?)
One last question, as struggling finding the information. Can you remap the buttons on ps5 and also does the shifter get any use at least as a handbrake?

I will definitely have solar crown on the channel. I'm assuming you're telking about using the shifter on Fernbus? All modern buses are automatic so no use of the shifter and you can't map buttons at the moment. This is something they can hopefully implement in the future though
@@ShredhedGamingah okay. Not clued up on buses, wasn’t sure if they had similar gearing like in snowrunner. Shame about the mapping as would have been nice to map as handbrake at least. Before I invest in fernbus, would like to ask if you’ve tried the Alaskan truck game and how you feel about it? I’ll flick through your channel history to try and find an answer as it looks like it might be coming to console within the next 3 months.

@justbrowsing4471 no worries bud, that's why I do this channel. I think Alaskan Road Truckers will be great on console as long as it's optimized, I've played it on pc and refunded it. Personally for me it's just not there yet

I'm not aware of any sound problem aside from the retarder and I think that will be fixed
does logitech g29 works with fernbus??

They need to fix trophies/achievements, otherwise im not touching this game anymore. And even if people think it's not important, i can tell you for sure that there is percentage of gamers that play only if trophies are working, and not even looking at the game no matter how good it is, and how they really looking forward to play it, until trophies are working. Having broken trophy list cuts those people off right away.
Trophies have already been fixed on our side and will be part of the next patch :)
