Porsche LS Swap - Top 10 Lessons Learned

As we move to the end of this project - do they really ever end??? - anyways, now that it is running we wanted to share our top 10 lessons learned along with a complete costs breakdown of the swap itself.

You’re amazing for posting this I’ve been debating doing this to my 997.1 just cause more HP and also the Porsche tax having that engine would make parts cheaper

You’re welcome! It makes a lot of sense not only for the HP and torque gains but the LS is also lighter and as you say - way cheaper to maintain.

Im very seriously considering doing this swap this year. Could you share any spreadsheets if you have them tracking your costs, including those while your in there items? Im still getting through all of your videos but i appreciate you documenting your process so fully!
