This performance was filmed in 2016, and I was playing for the Conservatorium's concerto competition.
Look how energetic I was! Youth is great.
If there was a time machine, I would like to fly back in time and tell my young self
to use a soft mallet at the bottom.
If you were curious, I got 2nd Prize for this competition.
Lost to a brilliant pianist, also a friend of mine :')

Fantastic performance! Which Keiko Abe mallets did you use in the 1st movement (or would you use today, with soft mallet at the bottom)?

Thank you Daniel! I think I would use these Abe mallet (from top to bottom) for movement 1:
06 (dark green medium) - 06 - 07 (blue medium soft) - 08 (light blue soft)
