Baked Nutella Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE BASE
* 252g Oreo Cookie Crumbs
* 44g Butter, melted
FOR THE CHEESECAKE
* 678g Cream Cheese
* 150g Caster Sugar
* 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste (or 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract)
* 1/2 tsp Salt
* 180ml Heavy Cream
* 4 Large Eggs, lightly beaten
* 280g Nutella
* 1/2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
FOR THE TOPPING
* Nutella
* Roasted Chopped Hazelnuts
* Ferrero Rocher
I recommend a round 8 inch (20cm) cake tin.

Can we skip the vanilla bean paste and use extract instead? Also does using regular white sugar matter?
Yes, you can use vanilla extract instead.
And you can also use regular granulated sugar. - but granulated sugar will leave the recipe grainy like in the cheesecake
