Gem Twist wins first (of three!) AGA Horse of the Year titles

Here at the 1987 Cadillac AGA Championship, Greg Best wins the class with Gem Twist (against Rodney Jenkins in the 2nd round) clinching the title of AGA Rookie of the Year for himself, and AGA Horse of the Year for Gem.
It's worth noting that Greg had the highest earnings of any ROTY in AGA history.... while Laura Chapot, in 1995, would have the second highest, also aboard the incredible Gem Twist.
