The box is way bigger than it needs to be. Maybe they are using old boxes they already had. The newer figures like the crimson viper guard seem to have plastic ties now, no more paper ties? I want to take one of these apart so I can paint it.

His “gun” being a flamethrower is probably more interesting than a signal jammer that the original concept was doing. Tele-Viper are Cobra’s geek squad. They have to fly in on their Trubble Bubble and fix Cobra Comnander’s notification settings on his phone so they don’t chime in when he’s doing his evil world domination speeches. “Sssshut thisss thing off!”

It does seem that the right side latch/square peg thingie does protrude on ours and several others.
Robo from Fwoosh measured the slots and scraped out some material to get his to shut right.
