- Today's affirmations are for letting go of attachments, of desires, of things from the past.
These affirmations are curated for detaching from situations that no longer serve. They also help to let go of what you are manifesting in order to not put anything or anyone on a pedestal. When we let go, we let the universe flow. The most powerful mind is a mind that lets go.
The background music you are hearing now contains brainwave entrainment frequencies that encourage light alpha relaxation, a state of consciousness that is incredible for programming the mind.
Listen to these in the morning, before bed, and any time of day when you need a pick-me-up. Listen after manifesting, after setting intentions, or when dealing with intrusive thoughts.
I will say the affirmation twice and give space for repetition, which is super powerful, however, leaving these on while you do other things is effective and beneficial as well.

no this is sick, I've been trying to attract some answers for jobs I applied for bc I've been waiting for 1.5 months to get them and I was so frustrated, stopped listening to affirmations and stopped meditating and yesterday I was in such a good mood and I listened to this for the first time in weeks and half way through both companies called me one minute apart, no one can tell me this doesn't work

Letting go is something that is the hardest for me. I get so tired of replaying past events and overthinking them that I just end up saying, “okay, and what about it? It wasn’t supposed to be different. It was what it was.”

First time I was listening to this while laying in my bed with my eyes closed. I was focusing on your soothing voice then suddenly a visual of my ex and me appeared in my head. We were in a cottage of a beach resort having a casual conversation as a couple and looking at each other eye to eye. I don't know what it means but it's unexpected for me when I'm letting go of my desires about her.
