Ingredients:
For cake :
Oil - 2tbsp
Curd/ Yogurt - 2tbsp
Powdered Sugar - 1/4 Cup (4 tbsp)
All Purpose Flour/ Maida - 1/2 cup
Baking Powder- 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1pinch
Green Cardamom/ Elaichi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1/4 cup
For Rabdi Ice Cream
Milk - 500 ml
Sugar - 4tbsp
Cardamom Powder/ Elaichi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Saffron Strands / Kesar - 10-12 strands soaked in warm milk (optional)
Cream - 1 cup (200 ml)
Yellow Food Color - 5-6 drops (optional)
Cardamom Powder / Elaichi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chopped Dry Fruits - Almonds & Pistachios (optional)
Pistachios for Garnishing (optional)

Yes you can.. but strain it with strainer, cream will be collected in bowl below the strainer. Chilled that cream & then use it..
