There are also private wedding photos of him wearing the black uniform which was probably what he and/or Catherine preferred- so there are ways to get what you want and giving your grandmother or even the public what they want too

The huge rings weren't attractive as rings, just as conversation pieces for attention-cravers. Kennedy's ring was busy and seemed thrown together with no focal point; it looked more like a cocktail ring, just meant to attract attention without meaning anything profound. Of course, that makes sense since both Kennedys cheated on each other, so perhaps it was an appropriate choice after all.
Queen Elizabeth's ring was decidely one of the better designs, especially since it actually affirmed the family connection between past, present and future with its classic design as well as the incorporation of jewels from his family.
Jaqueline Kennedy was hardly photographed wearing the ring. Agree it’s more a cocktail ring. In contrast, QE2 was always wearing her ring.

I’ve been happy with a beautiful emerald cut 8 x 6 Australian teal sapphire, surrounded by diamond chips playing second fiddle to the main event. I’ve had it for 53 years, worn everyday. Even though my husband passed 5yrs ago. It is not the size, nor the value, but the sentiment in which it is given, proudly worn.

Oh Yes..... Meghan Markle loved her ring so much that within months she had changed over the band not once but twice. Then later on demanded that a larger diamond be set as 3 carats was not sufficient for her new station in life. That ring does not deserve to be shown on a video like this. It looks cheap and glitzy- not the classy, classic ring that Harry took the time to design and have made for her.
