Bahamut was supposed to be the true final boss based off what they had planned but screwed it up. Wish we could have kick his tail. After what he did to Ardyn he deserves it.

@Toni Mayes there is an undeniable difference between beating a boss in the game and reading about it getting defeated in a book, especially in a case like this when a beatdown is deserved.
@Toni Mayes you missunderstand my point, there is a difference between reading about it and being the one to actually do it. bahamut getting that well deserved beatdown is all well and good, but many wanted to be the ones to deliver that beatdown.
@Toni Mayes for an easy comparison it is kinda like the difference between watching someone on youtube defeat a game boss, and beating it yourself.

I agree what people saying that Bahamut is supposed to be the final boss of FFXV storyline. Bahamut had planned all of this just to make ardyn Suffer And Let the Darkness Take over his Purest body to most tainted one.
Or Bahamut actually waged war against The non believers. He sided with the lucians Who belived in god.

Tried to destroy the world with Terra Flare to purge the Starscourge, but the other gods intervened and stopped it, that's why they are asleep in the game.
Anyone feel like Comrades is their way of putting in the ideas they had for World of Ruin? If this was the penultimate battle before getting into Insomnia it would fit pretty well. It's really unearned in the game.
I felt this way when I first saw this fight on youtube, I felt like Noctis should have been the one to fight Bahamut to prove himself worthy, with all his other summons in attendance.

We need one final dlc where we play as everyone. Bahamut in Episode Ardyn was an asshole. They need freedom and a chance to become happy
Apparently the multiplayer dlc, shows that these 4 players are part of the royal family
I've always thought that they just had King's magic, rather than the players being actually apart of the royal family.

@@wedwarddedward9623 Yep. Which is why Ardyn was able to give back Ignis and Gladio's powers. He technically has King's magic, as he is a Caelum.

I really didn’t understand what you meant, but I think it looks familiar because of the fact that he looks like Noctis and Somnus (Well, more like they look like him)
He reminds me of the Warrior of Light redesign that came with Dissidia and the subsequent modern games featuring him.
Well, the book Final fantasy XV Dawn of the future explain this, this book cover the canceled DLCs ( it's the true ending or an alternative ending)

CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THIS "DARK WORLD DLC" HAPPENS AT DAY AND DAEMONS CAN WALK WITH THE SUN HITTING THEM DIRECTLY? WTF
The darkness didn't just come out of nowhere. what we call the darkenss is actually a cloud that doesn't fade and hides the sun ( the star scurge coming out of ravatogh mountain ). The daemons can walk because he sun rays are hidden this is just the begining of the Dark world DLC. it takes 10 year for the sun to completely dissapear into darkness ( what we see when noctis wakes up ). And theres more updates coming to this out of the 13 kings blessing only 6 are available right now and one location is also missing wich suggest that they will add content over time and talcott and Iris are still young. Many mnay detail suggest that theres more coming afterwards

He looks tough here but we all know if there was a Bahamut fight like this in the main story Bahamut would get obliterated by Noctis, Ignis, and even the other two.
