But if you are a moderate driver. for e.g approx 8000 km per year (5000 km in city and 3000 km on highway) then over a span of 10 years if you calculate then you may observe that the lower mileage car may eventually be only say approx ₹2 lac heavier on your pocket at the end of 10 years. but the benefits you get are way much more i feel. 1.5 naturally aspirated engine , safety, build quality etc and peace of mind such things you will get for say for longer time like 10 years or more. On the other hand , yes, if your running is way more than 8k km per year then definitely I think you can consider buying car with higher mileage like, electric or hybrid etc.

I have bought Honda VX MT Platinum White with discount of Rs 16000 by removing their commission. I booked on 5th of Dec and got car delivery on 8th Dec. I have got many key rings of Prestige honda, Heavy Leather bag and a carry bag as gifts. Also, I have selected optional accessories like one item from Basic Kit, one from Signature, rear boot bucket mat etc. Also, let me clear you about Rear middle row. My brother (5’8” 90 Kg for reference) sat during 80 Kms trip and he said it was comfortable. Don’t know about ZX because that has leather seats. If you haven’t experienced then don’t spread the fake rumours.
Back seat is not comfortable in any mid size segment suv. This is the problem all across with seltos, creta, hyryder, and worst of all Kushaq and Taigun.
I booked with Courtesy Honda Chandigarh. Initially they were insisting for accessories but later relented. Insurance they are still insisting on. I intend to take the car to Bombay where I normally live. Difference of 1 lac in road tax
If you match models at same price then Elevate has more features Net Net. For example Elevate VX has more than Seltos HTK +. Both are proced almost same. If you for costlier Seltos then you will get more features.
I tried both of them. GV or hyryder are good at low speed. While elevate maintains the comfort at high speed as well. Hence Elevate is better. Plus the seats are better compared to GV
